I went to book an appointment and the lady at the counter had no idea what to do. She contacted and spoke to someone then made my appointment. Later I told her it was work cover related she got cranky at me for not telling her while she was on the phone. When I arrived at my appointment, a new receptionist was too busy on a personal call. The radiologist was just plain rude and has no customer service skills. I won’t go back there again … better at Mt Druitt Medical and Dental Care.

They don’t print films they have the worst service. They are not helpful. I wouldn’t recommend going here for any imaging Westin Imogen group was the leader in medical imaging but I think a lot has changed over the years and they probably in the bottom now.

Why do these places own a phone? Called numerous times and was never taken off hold. Maybe hire someone to stay on the phones and take bookings!

We had our 34 week growth scan today, I must say I was very pleased with the experience. When I saw the reviews which was low, I got second thoughts. However Marina our sonographer, we have had paid and Medicare covered scans but none of them explained us every step she took, being FTP it was very insightful.

(Follow up) the owner called me for the followup after my review and she was really understanding and listened to us on what actually happened. She assured us that this won't happen in future. Five star for her effort in resolving the problem. So, added two more star for the effort, owner has taken to ensure our problems are listened and appropriate action is taken from their end. I am ready to give the center another chance as we should support the local business.

[Original]We wish we could give negative star but can't. It is that bad. We visited this center on 10/02/2022 for my wife's ultrasound for pregnancy. Usually we arrive 15-20 min early. But this day due to traffic and construction around parking (which was on more than half parking lot), we were late by 8 min. But the lady behind the counter was very rude and did not took us in. When we use to be early they make us wait for more than half an hour but when we are late how can they ask to reschedule our appointment. It was not like they were many customer so they could not give us time, all staff were literally sitting on a reception without any customer (no wonder why our every visit there are less and less customer). How is it fair for customers who are bound to wait for hours but they are not considered even for 8 min. They discussed with us for not taking us in for more than 10 min where they were making excuse that they would not be able to give enough time to us as there are other customer in queue. I am sure they only work as staff of that imaging center, if they were owner who would let customer walk away from the center. If center is losing money then it is the owner who would suffer, why would staff care. How can they say a pregnant women who came for a scan directly from work in her uniform leaving half work to reschedule? No humanity at all. We have been going to Western Imaging center since many year, but never again. Would not recommend at all for anyone to visit this place.

Very unprofessional was told.the wait time was 10 minutes I ended up waiting 1 hr the person who did the x-ray had the door open so no privacy at all I will not be attending the Plumpton x-ray ever again

My wife and I have had two positive and one not so positive experience at this practice. When getting ultrasounds during pregnancy it’s generally nice to be told what you’re seeing up on the screen when the scans are being taken. While the first two doctors we had at our appointments did this and talked through what we’re seeing in relation to our baby’s development, our third doctor didn’t really explain anything or help us understand what we were seeing on the screen. I understand it’s their job to just take the images and send it to the doctors, but a little more understanding that these prospective parents (us) would probably like to know about their baby’s development and that it is possibly a really happy but also anxious time for us would have been appreciated. Generally though the staff have been professional here in their dealings with us.

Went there for my daughters foot before the long weekend.a doctor was not available to review the imagines as it was nearly closing time so the pictures were given to me. After a hospital visit that same night confirming a obvious break, as well as a follow up with a gp the following week, only to be told the report stated no break! Gp confirmed obvious break. Another X-ray was given 1 weeks later and the break again was obvious.
Would never go to this place again. I understand accidents happen and swelling takes into account. But clearly if swelling was clear enough, you would request a repeat and not allow a 10 year old to think it is a sprain!

Very disappointed! My appointment was 8am and I reached 10min late and they didn’t take me in said we are completely booked I didn’t see any single person there who was waiting there…

Excellent and accommodating service! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Always willing to tend to my needs and are prompt to complete whatever it is my doctor asks of them. Won't go anywhere else!

You deserve 0 stars. Disgusted. Called this place multiple times to make a simple appointment and never got through. I filled out the online booking enquiry form and no response. Clearly this company has taken on too big of a load which they clearly can’t handle.

As someone who unfortunately requires a lot of medical imaging I will always return to Western Imaging Group. The staff are accommodating and friendly, and always make me feel comfortable during my test.

I have been here three times already and sue to go back soon, I would like to thank the ladies at the front desk, sorry don't remember your names, but you know who you are. And Dr Mathew Lee, for a fantastic job injecting the cortisone in my back twice and once on my hip. I did not feel a thing, your assistant tho needs to practise empathy, understanding, and listening skills, and SMILE, tho all are in tune with each other. Look I have had much cortisone in my back, and he was one of the greatest. Thanks, Plumpton Western Imaging

Scan was okay but blood test was a nightmare. Guy was completely incompetent. Couldn't find my vein, wasn't wearing gloves and didn't undo the strap or tell me to relax my fist while taking the blood.

Totally incompetent at diagnosing not once but twice on two separate occasions.
I recommend any other imaging business than this one
