Had a great experience here. Technician was absolutely lovely and provided so much helpful information about my ultrasound.

Would recommend this clinic to anyone getting a prenatal ultrasound.

Attended to do a scan and Epidural Steroid Injections for Low Nick and shoulder Pain and everyone amazing from the stuff to the doctor that help me were so professional and made me feel super comfortable
10:/10 service. Big thank you for Dr Matthew Lee, make you feel very comfortable and very professional,
I attend Blacktown Medical Imaging facility just waste of time doesn’t explain to you anything and everyone in the rush.very highly recommend it Western Imaging Group and the best result

Lots of patients as you walk in but the service was so efficient. You wait no longer then 5 minutes. Staff were super friendly and the lady doing my ultrasound was super informative. It was a lovely experience for my first time going to this practice. Will definitely recommend to others.

Being charged almost $300 for something always covered by Medicare is an absolute joke. Found somewhere else to have it done. It literally takes 10mins for the jab. PRP extortion at its best.

I called several times Reebeca said she will get back to me she never did.her service is very poor.i was desperately inneed ofo an imaging but she was very harsh and not patient

Poor customer service. I was 2mins over my appointment time due to traffic and they had asked me to wait. I had waited 2.5 hours before I finally left. I do not recommend them at all.

I just want to state, i came here a few years ago with my 1st child and had an excellent appointment, and reception staff are lovely- that is why ive given 2 stars. Otherwise, i would give 0.
This week I attended a pregnancy ultrasound where the sonographer was very visibly sick upon walking into the room. No mask was worn. She was sniffing ALOT and had actual snot dripping from her nose on to the keyboard and all over her hands and down her face. She did not once sanitise or wash her hands. She continued the entire appointment to wipe her snot with the back of her hand. I asked her if she was sick to which she said "no, just hayfever". This entire appointment was incredibly unprofessional and to be honest, disgusting. I am now sick and so is my 2 year old after attending. If a manager could contact me regarding this, i'd like to make a formal complaint.

Didn't have to wait long for appointment. Doctor explained in detail what she was going to do. Made me feel at ease.

They say bulk billing but they lied, I wanted an mri for pelvic but they ask for 830$ to be paid by me. Very bad marketing tactic.

I called up to book an urgent x-ray for my lumbar spine, the lady at reception was SO RUDE AND ARROGANT, giving me attitude then tells me I had to come to the clinic to make an appointment. Worst service. Please avoid this place

Yesterday was my 1st Morphology scan and I was so excited but the experience was really bad. The lady who did my scan didnt speak a word to me while doing the scan, I had to ask her everything. The other labs I went for dating scans had dictated everything to me I am seeing on the screen but this was not the case here. The baby was in such a position that we were not getting clear images and I was sent for a walk that is understandable but the doppler was used so roughly and hardly on my stomach that it is hurting till now. Not sure if it is normal but was quite uncomfortable.
Hope this could be improved.

Staff at reception were very friendly and the tech was kind, calm and professional. They let you know when you arrive if there will be additional waiting time. Had a smooth experience here.

I have visited Western Imaging Blacktown so many times and each time the reception staff and the female sonographers have been great, so professional and caring. For my last ultrasound, I got a male sonographer and unfortunately my experience wasn't the same. He was very quiet, wouldn't tell me anything about my baby and just kept clicking photos. I had to ask questions myself. I wanted to know my baby's heart rate and he asked "why". At the end, he told me but he also said sometimes the baby's heart stops beating but we never tell the parents. Overall, I didn't really have a comfortable experience, however I highly highly recommend the female sonographers, they are all sooo amazing!

I went to Western imaging black town for an X ray of my 7 year old daughter and I must say their services were best in-class. Dental x ray needed no appointment and in less than 30 minutes we were called in for imaging. The staff who took X ray was extremely kind and made my daughter feel very comfortable. Overall an hassle free experience, highly recommended.

Had to have an urgent leg ultrasound. They fitted me in within 10 minutes and were very professional and caring. Thankyou. Was a stressful day.

Went for a morphology scan. Very busy and was seen 30 mins after appointment time BUT the radiologist who done the scan was amazing, explained everything as she went which a lot of radiologist usually don't from my experience.

Also the reception staff were friendly and helpful with all customers.

I am pregnant and had a very scary experience with my GP (couldn’t hear the heartbeat) so I got a referral and called for an urgent ultrasound that day at Western Imaging Group. I spoke to Katie on the phone who was incredible and trying to keep me calm while I was having a breakdown. Once I got there I was a mess and couldn’t stop crying. Victoria who I believe was the reception supervisor continuously checked on me, took me to a private waiting room, asked if I needed water, tissues etc and she was just incredible. Thankfully my ultrasound was positive and the baby is healthy with a strong heartbeat and I made sure I saw Vicky before I left to let her know and she was just as happy as I was and just lovely. I couldn’t imagine going through what I went through that day without the support and concern from her because she really did help me try and keep calm.
