Bunch of Professionals. For people who don't know this, they don't just supply parts, they install clutches as well.

John and his technician were extremely helpful. They both explained to me what was a good idea in fixing my clutch rather than pushing me into what could have been best for them. Good old fashioned customer service… I will definitely be recommending John and his crew to my friends and family.

Dad sent his ute here as it some clutch issues. All the other places said clutch replacement. Instead this place found a few little things that were affecting the performance and fixed it -only $160. He's very happy.

Where do I start!
My first call, I spoke to John needing a new clutch for a new build.
He asked me some questions on the build to help recommend the best setup.

He said he would call me back shortly.
15 minutes later he called me back and gave me a full rundown on what his plans are.

Now when building the car I can honestly say I have so many people say they will call me back and I’m left chasing them and not many deliver what they say they will.

But not these guys, John is an absolute gentleman and I can’t recommend the team enough. John was Super helpful and just a good genuine bloke!

I just picked up the clutch and John and Scott explained all the details as well as showed me what they had done for the setup and it’s perfect!

I'm generally not one to leave reviews, however, in this instance I feel compelled to share my positive experience. This business is outstanding and I simply cannot rate it highly enough.
The OEM clutch in my Ranger was not coping with substantially increased torque after engine modifications. I was deep in the process of obtaining quotes when, thankfully, I was referred to Western Clutch Services by a mechanically minded relative who advised me that they were the best clutch specialists that he knew of.
Upon arrival, together, John and Scott enquired as to exactly how the car was behaving, what symptoms it was exhibiting and so on before explaining in detail the various options available to me to rectify the situation and advising me of all the upsides and downsides of any potential fix.
Rather than simply offering to build me a custom heavy duty clutch to remedy my issues, they were able to offer me an off the shelf, top quality, Exedy unit that they happened to have in stock and that has since proven itself to be more than up to the task. I was quoted a relatively cheap price upfront for the job which included the cost of the upgraded clutch kit, all machining and any labour involved. Despite clearly having a lot of work on they also managed to fit my job into their busy schedule just a few days after i first made contact with them. On the day of repair I met an enthusiastic and supremely knowledgeable mechanic, Steve, who was to be installing my new clutch. I presented him with a new, genuine, rear main crank seal and asked if he could also fit that whilst he had the gearbox out, for my peace of mind. Not a problem at all.
Long story short, suffice to say that my Ranger fought poor Steve almost every step of the way with what ended up amounting to a small myriad of unforseen, and unusual, issues that my particular car presented them. These various issues no doubt grossly blew out their estimated repair time.
Despite all the extra hours that they had to put in to get the clutch installed, they still stuck to their original quote which, by the way, was already the cheapest quote I'd obtained by several hundred dollars. They simply charged me an additional 30 dollars for fitting the new rear main seal.
Had I not hung around waiting for the job to be completed I probably wouldn't have believed the amount of ways in which they went above and beyond whilst removing the old unit and installing the new clutch. They also made me feel very welcome and comfortable while I was waiting for my car to be completed, with the lovely woman in the office periodically offering me cups of coffee and so on! They made me feel like a friend, rather than simply another 'customer'. I genuinely haven't experienced this level of service and astute attention to detail combined with such polite professionalism in, well, ever!
In summary, if you're experiencing clutch dramas and need expert advice and service, do yourself a massive favour and call Western Clutch Services. They will look after you.

I walked into Western Clutch Service today around lunch time
and was promptly greeted by a lady who asked how she could help?
I presented a clutch thrust bearing and i asked for a new one and before i new it, she had it sorted by having the old one removed and a new one pressed on. The gentleman who did the repair and the service i received from Western Clutch Service was top notch. All up, i was in and out in 10 minutes. I can't thank them enough for the time and effort they went to. I will be sure to tell my friends about this business and its 5 star service.

These guys know clutches. If you need your clutch replaced or upgraded I wouldnt trust anyone else. They are very transparent and honest and have a huge amount of knowledge. They give a great detailed explanation of the mechanical aspects. Highly recommended. 6 stars

THESE GUYS ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I give them 500 Stars. They are so knowledgeable, professional, skilled, honest and trust worthy. John was so lovely and helpful, he explained everything to me and showed me photos of the job they did on my BT50 (new Clutch). My car was 100% better when it left their workshop.
