I called Peter last minute and he was able to arrange a time quickly. I don’t move often so it was good to have the reassurance by text a day before the move.

I wasn’t sure which truck size I needed but Peter was patient enough to walk me through the best option for my circumstance which included a piano.

The other worker Chris was also very helpful and friendly. He picked up a heavy fridge and sofa and treated my furniture with care.

Peter also helpfully offered packaging service which saved me a lot of headache! They were also quick to unload on a very busy street.

To be honest I was a bit hesitant at first seeing the other negative reviews (they did not name anyone) but this experience has given me the confidence to recommend Peter’s service to anyone that wants an easy going, reliable and affordable removalist service.

I usually do not give review for good / bad work, I rather like when the work is excellent Or really caused too much stress. West Removals is Highly NOT recommend by me.

While lot of details to talk as far as professionalism is concerned, the service has affected me & family adversely. Called me to check if the time can be changed from originally agreed one (of course because double booking was done), I wasn’t sure Peter will turn up & hence had to call & text for confirmation. Absolutely arrived on time, but even after knowing the details of all removal items, first thing he states is you have too much stuff BUT in all reality he got the smallest truck. Of course this added burden to me for rest of the move plan along with little kids. Again to make more money, started negotiating in the middle of the work to add 3rd person so he can include the driver. I had did 35% of the removal supporting their men in both pickup & drop off.

Their website clearly says call out fee of $ 50 however he said it is $ 120 & gave me a $ 20 discount. Really? Consumers are fool is it?

Cherry on the cake – Pretty evidently big Dent on the fridge and there is no utter of how this will be covered. Website mentions nothing to lodge this in official way.

I do NOT recommend using West Removals' services. They are highly unreliable and unprofessional. They are so lazy and purposely not do work so to waste time for each hour's extra cash. They were so slow even with three men to do the work. You often see them just stand there or very slowly move small objects into their truck. Very lazy. They are a waste of money. They also forgot to move in some items for us on the day so we had to visit them to pick up the items. We had to call them to ask if they had our items. They never called us even though they knew they didn't move the items for us. Please spend your money elsewhere. These guys are NOT worth it.

Peter and his team member Chris, were both OUTSTANDING in moving my furnishings and personal belongings from SW Sydney to Rural Guyra, a 16-18 hour round trip. My queen bed was dissembled and reassembled (without asking), washing machine fitted and all my belongings were professionally handled. West Removals were also very accommodating during the unprecedented Covid 19 period with my date changes without any fuss. In addition, Peter and Chris's personable nature provided a friendly service that made me feel safe as a female. In addition, the team was resilient with hiccups faced on their return journey on flood torn country roads. I strongly recommend West Removals on both reliable quality service, and price. Didnt show up. Been waiting all day. No courtesy phone call. Nothing! Thank God I didn't pay a deposit!

Peter came to help me to move by quoting upfront with no hidden fees, he came with wraps and moved everything, all i had to take with me was my handbag.
He came on time and the team was friendly and finished moving in 2 hours, they dessemble and reassemble all furnitures.

The guys did a great job moving the contents of a third floor unit to a newly constructed house. It had been raining heavily and the house was surrounded by mud. The move went well. There was nil damage to anything and the house was still clean afterwards. A long and tiring day indeed.

I had Small Moves at Mt Druitt. My home was relocated and they made the process easy, smooth.

I had two workers for four hours.

They were very friendly, organized. I had a very competitive prices!

Peter is a wonderful, honest, hardworking and professional man. His service is absolutely 5-star with the best price. I personally don't think people can ever find any better service than what Peter offers. We bought a 7 seater lounge from someone tonight. When we called Peter for a quote, surprisingly he said that he could come right away even though it was already 9pm. Little did we know that the lounge was extremely heavy and big, especially the 3 seater. It took him a long time to get the job done because the big seater was hard to go through the doors. When Peter left our place, it was nearly 11: 30pm and he still had a great smile on his face. Unbelievable! He never asked for any extra money he deserved to have. We will have Peter whenever we need the removal service in the future. We will also recommend him to everyone! If you need the removal service, just call and only call Peter!

Moving with Peter was a very good experience! Peter's techniques are very professional.

They cushioned my sofa with plastic wrap and soft materials to protect it which I thought it was very thoughtful. Excellent service! Will recommend to others!
