West Pymble Bowling Club reviews
22Great club on the Northshore great food great friendly staff, sit indoors or sit out on the veranda and enjoy the best view on the northshore have a beer a bite to eat and bowl at the local Bowlo what better way to spend an afternoon but at the local club come on down to The West Pymble Bicentennial Club
We went for lawn bowling and two guys helped us with the rules of the game and they were friendly and kind gentlemen. Would love to go there again. Dhanyabaad
Lovely place for a Sunday afternoon of barefoot bowling. Free for everyone, what a delight! We had an absolute blast! They even provided sunscreen on this beautiful afternoon. The kids kind staff taught us how to play. They have different kinds of balls. Soft ones for the kids so they can't do any damage. Check it out! It's lots of fun. There is also a bar with a wonderful selection of beverages and plenty of great food you can order.
A great family-friendly atmosphere with great food, staff, and plenty to keep you occupied throughout the week.
Amazing place to go.
Great little community club.
Make sure you pop in for a cold one, a meal or some bowls
We had such a lovely time on a early Friday evening at this bowlo. We're a family with a 4yr old and newborn and we were welcomed with open arms.
We we're offered a great table, explained the ins and outs of the venue, given menus and shown the game and book shelf for our 4year old.
We had the mussels, the half roast chicken and kids fish and chips. We were were all so happy with our meals.
There seems to be a great community at this bowlo and we will definitely be going back again soon.
We had good fun for our frinds birthday. Service and prices were pretty good even if the venue looks "original" but has character. The greens are in good condition and the staff were very helpful. They are also very family freindly which is good to see.
I still remember it like it was yesterday.my glorious day out at the West Pymble Bicentennial club. It must have been a few years ago now, but not a second goes by that I don’t long for another experience like it. The scintillating beer, the delicious food, but most of all the absolutely incredible service of a young, strapping lad by the name of Michael. Never have I felt so cared for than when Michael first offered me a beer, letting me decide between a wide array of ales, brewed near and far. He then proceeded to pour the golden syrup with such precision, amounting to the perfect ratio of beer to froth, all the while a twinkle in his eye. Every time I returned to the bar, Mike would greet me jovially, engaging me in intellectual and amusing conversation. When I finished my schooner, Michael retrieved the glasses promptly, making me feel incredibly valued. Words can’t describe.one day I will return.and I’ll be happy again.
Hi there, I had a great time at this place… Mike Si (a staff member there) made me feel like a king!
Had a lovely time at this place last wednesday on their poker night. The staff were very helpful and friendly - especially mike who went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a good time and was well cared for. Highly recommend!
Fantastic place if you are dinning with kids. Plenty of open space for kids to play, Plentiful tasty food, relaxed atmosphere and courteous staff.
We ordered takeaway for dinner tonight. Our burgers were delicious and the kids loved their meals. The chips were seriously good too. Thanks guys!
If you are looking for a warm welcoming place with good food and a fantastic service this is the place for your family and friends. Ps espresso martini is delicious
I'm always surprised it is so quiet. Lovely atmosphere and owners and nice food. Had a family members' 70th there - they were lovely and accomodating and so much fun doing some bowls.
The staff are fantastic and the fees is delicious.
We enjoying going every Friday for the raffles.
Nice staff. This place seems to be often empty. It was funny to see some people playing bowling. The food was correct: the meat too cooked.
Lovely atmosphere. Have enjoyed a few bowls events and nights out. Great family atmosphere and meat raffles.
Great place to chill after work and great people as well.
Really there for their local community.
10/5 Stars
Just the usual club, it has a lawn bowls area, parking is at the first car park u see, don't drive down past the soccer field, Texas hold'em too.
Felt the staff and location itself deserved an honest review after an amazing 1st birthday party for our little boy. Emma and the team were absolutely brilliant, Emma is one of the best event coordinators we have had the pleasure of dealing with. Really helpful and accommodating and nothing was too hard, there was always a solution. Emma went out of her way to ensure our party was a success and fun for everyone, even shuffling the club seating around to suit our requirements incase we had rain. With the ordering of the food and drinks, Emma was not pushy at all and helped us order appropriate amounts. We really appreciate her honest and open approach. There was a veranda place outside that we decorated, great food and an awesome little section we placed a ball pit and kids soft play toys in. During the party, adults could play barefoot bowls with an instructor showing them how to play. Everyone who came loved it. The food was sensational. The chef is clearly very talented. Thank you Emma and the West Pymble Bicentennial Club team.
