Room was small. Reserved on amenities for loyal customers. Got a room with “water glimpses” but the glimpses were through the reflection of the building directly facing us which would only be visible on a sunny day.

Good thing the opposing building windows have been cleaned recently.

Friendly staff but overpriced for what it is. Will not stay here again.

We had a cruise at King St. Wharf so the location was amazing! Everything was great, friendly, helpful staff, clean beautiful room & easy parking. And the entire ambiance of the please was great!

Despite starting our four-night stay on the wrong foot because the initial room did not correspond to what we paid, they moved us the next day and everything was great. Perfect reception staff and dining room managers

Rooms are a little small for my liking, but very clean staff is excellent, good location. Parking is a bit of a trick you must pay to park across the street.

A very comfortable stay overnight whilst we caught a show in Haymarket.

The rooms are very modern and stylish, with a great ensuite. One of the few hotels with ample water pressure and a shower sized for an adult. Or two.

Whilst no parking on site, the Wilson parking directly across the road is equally as convenient, without an exorbitant price.

Our room price included the contents of the mini bar, which had 4 alcoholic beverages, 2 soft drinks, and 2 bottles of water, all replenished daily.

We also made use of the continental breakfast the next morning which had a number of hot and cold offerings to suit a variety of tastes. My only criticism in this area as it's a pet peeve of mine, and would rarely bother anyone anyway, the sausages whilst tasty, were a little over cooked, and had a leathery skin because of it.

The staff were very friendly and prompt with checking us in, and notified us of the happy hour, and breakfast times so we would not miss them if we wished to partake.
Checkout was equally as fuss free, and the parking exit provisions explained without fault.

Overall a really great stay, and hopefully the first of many in the future.

We stayed here for four nights early March of 2023 and had a fantastic experience.the staff was top notch and were helpful if we needed recommendations, towels or coffee to go.breakfast included in our stay was amazing. Their were many healthy options and the food is made in house. Nothing packaged and things like granola were made from scratch.

The place is modern, beautiful, they had themes and it was perfect for our short time in Sydney.

This place is brand new so everything is in good nick. Rooms are quite small but well presented. The bar fridge is the smallest I've seen ~ like a small fridge door only. No cupboard to hang clothes, instead an exposed rack over the luggage shelf. Bed was comfortable. Mr Smith bathroom products are good quality. Staff were nice. Great location for meetings in Barangaroo & close to Wynyard.

I paid for an upgrade that wasn’t honored, and asked that my room wasn’t serviced, but was entered and serviced anyway.

Hotel location is great! Walk in distance to Darling harbour ️️️
Breakfast staff some are super nice, 2 ladies waitress both blonde hair are a bit not friendly rarely smile.
Best breakfast stuff are the tall blonde guy and the korean/asian guy who both super lovely great hospitality and super kind to my toddler&my family.
Thank you.

Very nice business hotel.rooms are small size.service with a smile.biggest drawback is that no room service is offered from 9: 30 to 5: 30pm making it difficult for guests to work in room without food n drinks.

I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to visit Sydney for business or personal getaway. I stayed with a friend and the location is perfectly set near Barangaroo, Darling harbour (the ICC) and and centre of city is a short 5 minute walk away. This location has great access to public transport from York st and Wyndard Station, and most importantly some of Sydney’s best bars and restaurants are around the corner (I highly recommend bar Totti’s for food and Maybe Sammy for cocktails). If your looking for something casual El Loco is 50m from the hotel door which is very handy. In terms of sightseeing you are only a short 20 minute walk to the bridge and Oprah house.

The rooms are cosy but very clean and modern and offer a late checkout which was an added bonus. What made our stay extra special was the great service of the staff always attentive and accomodating. Levi in particular made us feel like welcomed guests each morning and also remarkable at his job. I will be staying here again

Loved the modern design and decor of this hotel. Room was clean, bed and pillows were really confortable. Highlight was the inbuilt speakers in the room! Heads up they didn't do room service on Sunday night when I checked in but you can uber eats and they'll bring it up to your room.

Review before arriving. Now that's something! I will be visiting Sydney and staying here from Nov. 7th to 13th from USA, and I have lots of hope already build up. Hoping to watch some Cricket as well. HELLOOOO HILTON SYDNEY.

Certainly an excellent hotel I think. Staff were friendly and professional. They are hospitable and provided great staying experience to me.
Good size continental breakfast selection. Comfortable room and good location to most tourist attractions. I would come back again.

Thin walls! I could hear my neighbors blasting their pulsating music as I tried to rest. This place needs better noise insulation if they're going to keep the Bluetooth speakers, or place a volume limit so as to not disturb other guests. Could also hear everything going on in the hallway.

A placard in the room said the in-room dining menu could be found on the TV.but was nowhere to be found. I called downstairs to ask for a menu to be sent up and they told me there were none available. They said they'd send me a text with the menu link but I never received it. Convenient and accessible room service is lacking. I found ordering out to be easier in this case which is unfortunate.

As for positives, location is good but don't think I'd stay here again.

What a magical & special experience here at the West Sydney Curio by Hilton over 10 days including with Mum for her birthday!

Lovely warm welcome by front desk manager Nathan, who gave us a choice of room upgrades being a Diamond member which peaked on the final 7 days with the King Barangaroo suite. Wow! Nathan and Nikki the Guest services manager also organized a couple of delightfully kind touches which Mum loved when we returned to the room. So special!

F&B manager Mike kindly ordered Mum complimentary and delicious French Toast, gave me his card and said call me anytime you want for help and directions. Room was restocked daily with beer wine soft drinks and water, muesli bar and popcorn by the sweet staff too. Bluetooth speakers in the roof a classy touch

Do not hesitate to book this property for any stay as the staff, really make this place shine to a stellar experience. The rooms are beautifully designed and the Continental breakfast is the best I've ever had. $10 upgrade is also worth it for delicious Omlettes and French toast. Gym is quiet and brand new and the location is very good for Darling harbor and Barangaroo exploring.

As a Hilton employee stayed in many Waldorfs, Conrad's and Hiltons globally and this has been the #1 service experience I have ever had.

HUGE THANK YOU Nathan, Mike, Levi, the sweet Thai waitress and all the fantastic staff for your kindness here keep up the great work! Will definitely be back

This hotel is listed on the Services NSW app as accepting Stay vouchers. The app says bookings can be made for accommodation *after* the voucher expiry date, *as long as* the voucher is redeemed by the hotel *before* expiry on Oct 9th. Upon ringing to book today, 30th September, the front desk insisted (multiple times, despite my strong doubts) the voucher must be redeemed at check-out on Dec 4th - at which time it will be well & truly expired. They refuse to accept the voucher code over the phone, the first time we've had this issue with any Services NSW voucher. They are getting the exposure from listing on the app, but refuse to abide by what the app advises.
A waste of 20 minutes on the phone.
Not happy.
