1 hour delay in picking up my car. The car wasn’t properly washed compared to previous times. Forgot to reset my oil change. Pretty pathetic service

I purchased a used vehicle of Frank at West end mazda Parramatta.

I spoke on the phone briefly with Sam. He sold us our Mazda about 1 and a half months ago and I couldn't be happier. He treated us with respect and didn't lead us on at all in regards to price or time constraints. At the end of the day I felt more like a mate than a customer, if he had've asked for more cash, I would have forked it over just to spend more time at West End Mazda.

I had booked my car in for Apple Car Play installation yesterday and I also got my wiper blades changed while I was at it. When I first called, Andre had a chat with me and I booked in the slot with him. On reaching there yesterday morning, I was welcomed by a staff member who was standing next to the driveway and showed me the way to the customer parking. As soon as I parked, Andre came up to me and we discussed what was to be done on the car. I left my car around 7: 30am and was told it would be done by 12pm. To my surprise, the car was ready at 10: 30am and I got a call saying my car is all set to go. I went and picked up the car and all the work on the car was done pretty neatly. Excellent customer service by Andre. Would definitely be looking forward to getting all my future servicing done at Mazda Parramatta through Andre. The location is pretty handy as well, there is a bus stop right outside the service centre which takes you straight to Parramatta Train Station. This review is for the service centre and especially Andre, keep up the good work. Can leave my car keys in his trusted hands and be worry free.

I would not recommend West End Mazda Service Centre due to their complete disregard of customer care and customer satisfaction.

I purchased my brand new Mazda 3 with West End Mazda in 2019. In the last 3 years, i have only driven 15,000km so not much at all yet 2/4 of the weather shields have flown off my car while driving on freeways! This quality is far from satisfactory in the first 3 years of driving minimal kms!

So today I took a day off work to go in and get my weather shields replaced. I had pre-booked a loan car so I could run my errands on my only day off, yet when I got there, there was no loan car available! They offered to drop me off and pick me up, but only within 5kms. Not only was it only within 5kms but i had to wait there for another 3 hours! So basically, they didn't have a loan car, dropped me off at Westfields, and I had to wait 3 hours for them to finish with my car, all on my only day off when I had other business to tend to! When I asked for a complimentary clean due to the inconvenience it has caused me, they said that was not possible! Not to mention that each time I called the service centre, i spoke with different people telling me different information!

Extremely disappointed and unimpressed with their customer service and customer care! They obviously do not care about the customers at all.

I took my Mazda to this dealership for schedule service, everything was working except click sound when move in reverse and stop. After service done I received a dirty car with additional issues of my side mirrors are not open and close properly. The click sounds still not fixed and now dealers ignore and deny to fix the issue. Don't take your car to them unless you want super extra headache!
My car (CX5) was serviced at Westend Mazda Parramatta on 21 September 2022. Please stop ignorance of bad service. Leave your number and I can send you my rego details etc!

Worst experience ever, there service department was very rude & no help at all. I would not recommend them to anyone. Need to do to give a course on custoner service to the people working there. I am refering to West End Blacktown.

Best service I’ve ever had in all my years of servicing my vehicle Mazda rates 10/10. Always polite, car is clean. They always try to accommodate my needs and requests. I waited while my vehicle was being serviced today, I observed the way that all customers were treated with respect and given quality service and to feel comfortable and accomodating. Thank you Andre for making me feel comfortable while I waited. And most importantly awesome coffee machine. I will definitely continue to buy cars through Mazda as the service department ensures a great experience in the years to come. I used to be a Ford girl no longer is that the case. Mazda service wins hands down.

I bring my mazda3 during warranty period and after. What I don't like is that they charge mazda genuine engine oil on top of official Mazda service calculator. It varies from $5 to $15 during my visits to Mazda.

The non mazda dealer gives same quality service to your service department and price is cheaper. I don't mind I pay price (which we know it is already expensive) indicated from official Mazda Service Calculator website (which already includes engine oil-I assume it is Mazda Genuine Engine oil; though I don't know what genuine means.: D, instead I buy Castrol Edge A3/B4 5W-30 Engine Oil and my car still runs lightly aka.zoom-zoom and hence non-mazda engine oil proves the best too, so I don't know what exactly the engine oil specs is from Mazda service dealership). I simply don't like they charge more bucks on top of service cost indicated by official Mazda Service Calculator website while I can get much more cheaper in regular service if I bring my car to non mazda service as long as I bring oil that matches for my Mazda; it is totally okay.

Other things is that it's difficult to contact service department recently by phone. I just wait indefinitely when I would like to book for service. It seems that they don't need customer.

Overall value of money I think it is less because of it.

Even I am offered to allow byo oil, the price is based on Mazda official service calculator website that includes oil engine already (without differentiating ordinary or premium) so no point I byo engine oil with same service charge that already includes oil and now I am even got charged extra $5-$15 just for 'premium'. It's unjustified.

My two sisters also bought mazda3 from this dealership. Her experience with the service department is a lot worse than my experience. She left her car for service in the morning and left it for work and come back in the afternoon. 1 hour before closing time, she called up and found out her car hadn't been serviced yet and no complimentary wash and vacuum; basically untouched. She was promised to have the service done in an hour. What happened was that the oil was dark as if it hasn't been replaced with new one. My sister argued with them and finally they replaced old oil with new one. From there, my sister never ever come back. Trust on quality service is severely compromised from her point of view. My other sister gots interesting experience that her new car just run for 10,000 km and service specialist suggested her to replace new tires.she checked with other mechanics and they said the tires looked fine and they were brand new condition. Since then, she also never ever brought her car back too. My car has run for 115,000 kms and no indication from mechanics that I need to replace my tires
Luckily my experience wasn't too bad with the service department where I and my sisters bought cars from this dealership.

It's better to wait during service time and be sure to collect old parts and do it yourself engine oil check after service. Never trust convenience they offer that may cost you dearly later on. Believe in your common sense and if your gut feeling tells you something fishy or unsure, get second opinion from other mechanics. Unless you have very bad experience, just come to have your car serviced at dealership for major service only.

My car service at West End Mazda Service Parramatta today was managed by Andre - in short a fantastic customer experience was had. Andre communicated clearly on arrival detailing what was going to be done to my car today and an approximate time for completion. As promised Andre phoned me in the afternoon to advise the car was ready. When I went to collect the car Andre confirmed what works were performed. Very happy with the service and customer experience provided by Andre. Great addition to the team.

The team at Mazda were amazing! I have been taking my CX5 there since I bought it (even though I purchased it from another dealership) as they’ve always been accomodating, honest and helpful. I used to deal with Deepak (great guy!) but this time around it was Andre and all I can say is I wish Mazda could clone him. He kept me updated at every opportunity to make sure I knew exactly where my parts were and what the timeframe was going to be. He was personable and made it feel like we had been friends for years while still maintaining the highest level of professionalism. I cannot thank him enough for getting my car sorted, providing a loan car and getting me back on the road in no time. Cannot recommend him and the team enough for all they did.

Very happy from the customer service to the service team themselves.
Didn’t change at all from my first call to my visit itself.
Prompt service, friendly team and understanding staff as well.
My first time dealing with this service centre after 15yrs of owning Mazda’s and dealing with one other centre only, I’m glad I moved and this is now my local.
