I would personally like to thank Matt the service manager. Matt turned an error into a positive for me via getting me in a courtesy car and insuring he would sort the error immediately.

Courteous and friendly service and reception staff (Paul and Lauren). Service and repairs completed were clearly explained to me and they were able to rectify my technical concerns without a return visit.

Thank you so much Lauren! From start to finish Lauren was professional and accommodating, after a deliver delay, she contacted me the morning of advising the time the stock would come in, then again that they had the parts. When I arrived to have the car done I was in and out in an hour and had complimentary tea, coffee and water and could do some work on my laptop with their WI-FI while I waited. Great business and great customer service from all especially Lauren. Thank you!

Very unprofessional and bad customer service. Went for a recall. While booking over the phone i was told they will return the car by 10.30 but after taking the car to this service center i was told they will return the car 3pm. I booked today because i needed the car back by 10.30 otherwise i would have booked another day. The representative did not even bothered why i was told, i will get the car back by 10.30 not even try to manage if it can be returned early. I felt they just don't care fixing the recall. Didn't expect this from Mazda.

What terrible service for warrenty cars. My car breakdown in the evening, after struggling with mazda roadside assist, my insurance get someone to tow my car. I ask that they take the car to blacktown mazda as this is where I bought the car only to be told they cant store the car or help me cause I never booked.

You dont book for a breakdown or plan. Service center manager rude and not helpfull. Only costing me more money to tow my car again. Mazdas product failed and its costing me out of the pocket.

Please get better service and employees that will help.

I was lucky enough to come in with my husband a few days ago and was greeted by a beautiful lady lauren, she helped out so much, and was a pleasure to talk to.

My favourite place for servicing my zoom zoom. Staff is coopretive, knowlegeable and gunine in the cutomer care. My car had issue with the ABS, which was picked up during routine serviving, and was well taken care of within the warrantee. Efficient communication including shipping of spares, booking for servicing, a loan car arranged and got back car in tip top condition. Servicing after servicing the exprience is even getting better and better. Highly recomended service centre. All the best team keep up the good work!

I own cx-9 and went for my annual service. Under warranty I was told to get fender part replaced for which I was told there is a 6 months waiting period.

Cut to now have been trying to call them almost every week and sending emails. 90% of the time no one picks up or responds to email. If they do will get a standard response that we will call you back and surprise surprise no one calls back.

Out of sheer frustration drove to their showroom and it's closed even though as per schedule they should have been open.

I am not sure how they are running business like this and not able to arrange for a part for last 9 months or at least keep customer informed.

Came in for a 1st month 1000k service and have arrived on time at 8am and was told that it would take 90 minutes including car wash.

I have followed up after a 2 hour wait into the service at 10am and was told that it's all done and they are just about to wash and was told it will take 10 minutes.

Another hour has passed and was worried that they still have not finished and I went to follow up again, only to find out that it hasn't been washed yet after they told me it will only take 10 minutes.

I was expecting more considering this is the first month service and they would always give a good first impression.

Unfortunately, this isn't the case and hoping they won't let this happen to other customers.

Total wait was 3 hours, 30 minutes for a first month 1000k service. It would have been much better if they have let me know up front upon start of service that they will have delays, rather than commiting to commit at a certain time and not meeting it.

Justin Smith at Westend Mazda was amazing as usual. This is my second visit to them and job was well done. I was quiet surprised to see a video report of the work done. Not sure if it is newly started but was pleasing to see this.

Shall recommend them.

Very poor customer service to date.

Bought brand new BT50 and ordered with roof racks. Roof racks were not installed correctly and on the first rain car was completely soaked including upholsery and fuse box. Took two weeks to rectify and get my vehicle back.

Vehicle has additional mechanical issue. After three failed attempts failing to rectify the problem Mazda now stated I would have to pay hourly diagnosis fees if they cant verify it is a mechanical warranty.

Very disappointed with Mazda and have recieved, better service from cheaper / lower tier brands.

I made booking 2 months back as Mazda recalls for fuel pump replacement. They gave slot of 10 am to 4 pm. I can to this service center at 9: 45 am of 17/Nov/2022. I have notify them again and again that have leave because personal reason. It’s 2: 00 pm already but they haven’t started yet, my car is still the car park. On top of that they are saying they can’t release the car due to security reasons. If it is security reason then they should have taken these vehicles on top priority. They are serving paid services first looks like. Beware, don’t go to this center, avoid at any cost if you can.

Took Mazda CX9 for a service. Red battery light on the dash and asked them to review. Drove off after the service and the red battery light came on again and i broke down 4 days later. Had to get a tow to the Service Centre. A week later with limited comms I still have no car! Its been a really ordinary experience

Such an unprofessional service centre. Picked up my car yesterday after a routine service and found massive amounts of scratch marks on my new car paintwork. Incompetence at a new level.

My10-year-old Mazda 3 just suddenly stopped working and was towed for repairs back in January.first, I was told new keys were needed then a new computer was needed then-new instrument panel was needed for a total cost of $7800! I wrote to Mazda Australia who offered no support whatsoever. They eventually brought the price down to $4995.after 6 months the car was finally ready. The car was returned with a damaged and cracked dash and interior very dirty! Now waiting for Mazda Australia and Blacktown Mazda to confirm if it is safe to drive with a crack dash? No one answers the phone when you call, it is always a recording, you leave a message and no one bothers to return your call! I have been a loyal Mazda customer for almost 20 years.they are good when they are new but will cost you a fortune for repairs and Mazda Australia's response is: it is between you and the dealer! When your warranty is finished you are abandoned and on your own! Worst customer experience I have had with a car company and car dealership!

Think again when you wanna buy a car from this center. Mazda is a good car, reliable and affordable price. I never had an issue with it, till couple months back the mirrors got faulty, as it was under warranty I took the car to this center after booking for one day assessment as it is close to me. They found that could be covered under warranty and ordered the parts, after hundred times of calling and following up, finally the parts arrived after nearly 2 months. Booked for another full day that parts to be replaced. On the day I left the car, when went back to pick it up, surprisingly the mirrors not changed, the reason was funny, there is an impact damage. Why they didn’t find on the day of assessment? Why they didn’t tell me all this time? There is impact damage on one side what about the other side? No answer to any of these. Very unprofessional and disgusting. The manager as well as the other staff who seems looking after my case. It took nearly 4 months all this process and taking off from work to find out the job can’t be done. In the other hand I took the car to Rockdale Mazda where I bought it from. After booking for assessment they found it faulty, asked me if I have time they could change them in the same day, the job is done, very professional, all staff very polite and nice manner, very friendly environment, and unexpected experience compare to the Mazda Blacktown. Now my advice is think again before buying a car and know you gonna deal with unprofessional and very rude service manager. Expect a day of anger and disappointment.
