I was admitted into the Wesley hospital from St George hospital. I was given was consistently given the wrong medication. Woken by night nurses to give me sleeping pills. The food was inedible. I discharged because despite by insomnia they yet again woke me up only to add another patient to my room. Something I made clear from the beginning I would not tolerate. I do not recommend this hospital.

DO NOT COME HERE. The nurses talk about me because they think I don’t speak their language, they make me feel unsafe and the head nurse almost hit me. If I could give it negatives i would

I felt scared when the staff talked in their own language and stared at me during meal time. The nurse manager was one of them and her weird laughing made it worse. This is not the hospital I liked.

I really dislike the fact that some staff are relatives, especially with the manager. This really stops me to make complaints about my poor experience.

Had to wait 2 months for my next appointment only to be told on the day of my appointment that my doctor is on leave suddenly. No email or message was sent to me to inform me about it but an appointment reminder was sent out! I showed up and was sent home and I should talk to my GP if I have any issues- no solution. Now I can wait another month for my appointment. Very unprofessional! People with serious issues who desperately need help may not take it as well as others. The level of unprofessional is unacceptable.

Disorderly in pandemic. That manager Susmita makes no sense. Pull off mask when talking. Take own kid in as she likes. Speechless!

First I'd like to thank, Rara Srethra, I am always greeted with the warmest welcome and amazing smile. Thank you, Wesley Mission's, Dr Anna Farrar I've lived in complete darkness all my life, and I walked around with a blind fold on. You gave, and believed in my correct diagnosis, after battling depression and my internal war, all my life. Yesterday you prescribed, and presented me, everything that was light. Today I am confused because I never believed that light even existed for me. You are in my blessings, you gave me a gift, I never thought was possible. Mental Illness, it really isn't a Life Sentence, Thank you Wesley Mission.

This was an extremely positive experience for me. Although, like most people I was very nervous but this subsided as soon as I walked in the door. I cant thank all tne staff enough for the first steps in my recovery. From the Dr's, nurses, admin staff and even the kitchen and cleanig staff, all treated me with respect, kindness, patience, diligence and professionalism. The nursing staff in particular have a very difficult job dealing with patients that are quite ill, and at times not at their best! It is a small 30 bed hospital and very personal and the staff knew you by name within a day or two. I could never in a million years have dealt with my illness without them. A heart felt thank you Wesley and I feel confident to face tne future. The chance of attending their outpatient programme is another positive and will be attending my first one this week. Only downside is not having a private room initially but they will move you to one as soon as they can. Good luck to anyone thinking of taking this "leap of faith". It's worth it!

Complete joke gave me strict privacy rules to follow but would think nothing of walking into my room or anywhere where people were present discussing my medical records. Please teach your kitchen staff to cook also.
I really at the end of the day couldn't get past the blatant privacy breaches pertaining to why I was there when I was explicitly told not to talk about why anyone else was there. Never again will I go to this unprofessional excuse for a hospital (if that is what you would loosely call it).
