Wendy's

The senior woman working at this Wendy's Outlet makes regular comments concerning my husband's appearance and has even had the audacity to tell him on more than one occasion that he has quote in her opinion "put on weight ". I'm sorry but we find your comments offensive and totally inappropriate for a small business owner in the Deepwater Plaza premises. And as a result I will NOT give your establishment my business, my time nor my money.

Disgusted by the customer service from the staff here. Over priced bad quality food with rude staff. Will not be going back. The staff seem more interested in gossiping amongst themselves than serving customers.

Used to love this place before the mom and daughter duo took over, tried ordering a iced caramel latte, at the at the time empty counter, as you do, just to have the mother scream at me in a condescending tone about how I apparently pushed in when nobody was there, displeased I told them that i will not be a customer there anymore. While they shouted at me for my rude behaviour all because I was confused about line placement. And for most customers, a empty checkout is a place to be served. Not be yelled at. Disgraceful.

My daughter ordered a shake & a hot dog. Was told we have no bbq sauce. So she asked for tomato instead. The young person with no customer service skills told her she was too busy to do that. A squirt of sauce!

My daughter wanted some ice cream, I couldn't see prices for the ice cream anywhere so I just ordered anyway. I never thought I'd pay $14.40 for 3 scoops of ice cream. I could've got an entire meal for that.

I only worked there for 2 weeks and then the boss didn't tell me I wasn't working there anymore she just expected me to see I wasn't working, which is not good, I saw some health and safety rules broken and it disgusted me would not recommend Wendy's

I witnessed a young man serve a lady ice cream and as I was going to order the lady took this ice cream and put it back in the container they serve ice cream from and I saw someone had eaten the ice cream before she put it back. This not ok I’m going to put a complaint in because that’s how covid can especially grow, and I heard they leave the milk out and it cuddles and they reuse it. Putrid!

Took my son there for an ice cream and hot dog. Ice cream was good but the hot dog is quite overpriced for what it is.

Great Wendy's - Mega Shakes are a must. Hotdogs made while you wait, shakes too. Delicious array of icecream to choose from.
