There are cuople of people in wellways that are there for the money, but they don't really care about the well being of others. Iam dissapointed

I'm hearing all these great things but I've rang twice now & no one has been able to start me off with a S/C here in Wollongong. I'll try again tomorrow.
EDIT- I'm now happy to say that I have been contacted be this service & look forward to enjoying a great service!

I am so very happy with Wellways. My daughter is thriving since we have changed to this company. Nothing is too much trouble. Management and staff are kind and caring. I am very impressed as staff allocated to my daughter all understand her mental health issues which is a huge relief for her father and I. I recommended Wellways wholeheartedly

My daughter has really bad anxiety and depression, but the customer service team obviously did NOT care and her conditions at all.
If you need help from someone, please go to a different organisation, they make you feel like you a burden on them.

You are made to feel worthless, by the manager actually,
You get better service in Brunji than you do with this organisation,
I made a mistake signing up with them,
They don't apologise for their revolting behaviour,
I am surprised they still exist as an organisation,
No regards towards your mental illness,
I had to annoy them to give me my money back my from the funding,
DO NOT join this organisation if you have any care for your mental health, and I am sure we all do!
