I did a 2 day meditation course with Meredith. The venue was beautiful and the food amazing. The course was well structured and organised with many opportunities to practice what we were being taught. I enjoyed trying out many different meditation techniques. The course manual was a great resource that I can use at home as well as the music play lists. The fact that we have a follow-up in 3 weeks will help me to practice daily for the 21 days and form a healthy habit.
