When replying to feedback, please do not disclose confidential patient information (such as previous visit dates). This is extremely unprofessional, and against privacy laws.

This place is run by extremely incompetent and unprofessional people. On two occasions I have asked for a booking on a certain day and instead it has been booked for months away. The psychologist I saw was extremely disorganised and forgot about my appointment. I suggest that this place hires new people and fixes their issue of psychologists not being available.

Bulk billing is a MASSIVE LIE! No different to any other private practice accepting mental health plans.
Please change your advertising! Your a total lie! Fantastic basis for trust with clients in need! Utterly disappointed and a massive waste of time and energy!

Worst communication ever!
I called to book an appointment and check which psychologist is suitable for my kid and the timing and he wouldn't agree to do booking unless I have the government mental health plan in my hand and when I did and called again they told me you had the wrong information. This psychologist doesn't deal with kids and first appointment available may be in june or august.
After I had the mental health plan.
Besides they don't pick up the phone easily.

Unprofessional service

Very unprofessional and misleading with the "intake counselling ' appointments they make you have prior to seeing a psychologist. I would not recommend them and i did not feel comfortable having give my credit card details over the phone to them. And most of their intake counsellors are uni students the one i seen had only been there 2 weeks prior to my appointment they do not inform you of this which i think that is very important information. I wasted my time and energy going there and reading other comments on here it seems others have had similar experiences

Very unprofessional. Our appointment was at 5pm. I was at the waiting room at 4: 30. I had a message from the lady who was supposed to see us at 4: 30 saying she is running late by 30min. Couldn’t she let me know at least 45 minutes before my appointment.
Very disappointed I kept on texting her back to see if she could reschedule no reply. She didn’t even bother coming out of her room.

My first appointment was fine. My second appointment I had to wait 3 months for. 3 days before that second appointment I needed to cancel and re book due to work. My appointment is now tomorrow and no body has answered the phone to me. I've left voice messages and emailed them twice. I will never go there again it was bad enough I have been waiting 3 months. Now I will be charged for not canceling my appointment in time when I've been trying for 3 days! $70 cancellation fee is a joke.

I admire WellBe's bullk billing offering, as well as the quality of student practitioners that I see develop over time within the clinic space. WellBe is great at developing the next generation of great psychologists while providing excellent service with its practitioners right now, and is a service to be commended.

After discovering it is IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment outside of normal school hours when you have to travel in excess of 40 minutes to get there, I arrived and the person I was supposed to see wasn’t there. While they hold you to a strict late-cancellation policy, nobody had the courtesy to contact me to reschedule my appointment. Extremely unprofessional - especially considering I already had to wait a month and a half for this appointment.
