Fantastic doctor! Treats our family like people and takes the time to listen and be thorough. After a few miserable attempts at finding a good family doctor in the area I won't go anywhere else

Really great place. The doctor there is kind and empathetic and the receptionist is friendly and always remembers me. The wait time is decent, even when it's busy or you're a walk in.

I have been a returning patient for 2 years. Dr cared for me throughout a pregnancy and has cared for my child since birth. Dr Swaminathan is kind, caring, knowledgable and confident in treating us as a family. Reception staff also very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this practice for the full family!

Dr Sujatha has been our family GP for the past three years. She supported me incredibly throughout my pregnancy and with post-natal care. I always had a wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. All the other staffs are friendly and welcoming.

The very fact that any Doctor or Healthcare provider would need to stipulate that "We Care" in their name should tell you everything you need to know about this practice.

"Care" should be considered A GIVEN, for ANY healthcare provider - It should literally, literally go without saying.

Yet ironically, even laughably, Dr (Mrs) Sujatha R. Swaminathan would rather make patients needlessly jump through hoops, just so she can extort more money out of the Australian Tax payer than genuinely "Caring" for the patient.

Anke the receptionist does in fact appear to care and goes out of her way to help patients, but Dr Swaminathan is either incompetent, as to not understand the most basic rudimentary procedures, or in fact she is wilfully putting peoples wellbeing at risk just so she can literally extort more medicare money, by needlessly making patients jump through hoops.

In my case its either one or the other. I find it hard to believe that Dr Swaminathan is so daft that its the former rather than the latter, but in either case I would HIGHLY suggest considering another Doctor that actually does "Care".

I have been seeing Dr. Sujata for about a year now and the service here is just supreme. Having a new born and a 4 year old, i love the convenience of the phone consultation she provides and listens to all my queries at any point. What amazed me is that she always makes sure to followup and call you and recheck! ALWAYS! The best GP in the area. Anke is wonderful too.

I don’t know why my review was removed but I have posted true and honest review about dr Sujatha. My daughter used to see Dr Sujatha but i found she is unethical doctor who just want to see as many patients as posible. She doesn’t even carefully examine my daughter’s symtoms but just put a referral to specialists. Her regular question is that “ do you want to see specialist or not! ”. I called specialist but was asked for 6 months waiting and money cost. I was hopeless and I brought my daughter to emergency department at Nepean Hospital and they told me “ this is simple, why you have to come here, your GP can treat it… then he said “ some GP just want to go quickly to make money”. Don’t go to wrong GP. It could cost you money, time and life. She is terrible. Sweet mouth but greedy and more importantly unethical.

Dr Sujatha, has been one of the best doctors for myself and my wife, absolutely any concern we have at all she's willing to take the time to investigate and ease our stresses. I cannot think of a more patient and understanding doctor than herself.moving forward she will definitely be our family doctor because of her standard of quality that she upholds for herself and the practice as a whole. Keep being an amazing doctor you're doing a fantastic job.

My wife's experience - Dr Sujatha Swaminathan is an excellent, professional, caring, positive and kind doctor. I am a very anxious person by nature when it comes to health issues. Dr Swaminathan heard all my issues patiently and addressed all of them one by one in a systematic way. I was diagnosed with some serious gynaec issue and Dr Swaminathan's timely response helped me to quickly reach out to a Gynaec specialist upon her reference. She also directly spoke to the Specialist to get my appointment at the earliest through which I was able to get my surgery done on time. She always listened to all my issues with lot of patience and made me comfortable in expressing my issues. She also paid attention to my mental health and wellbeing. Always has been an excellent experience since my first appointment till date. She even attended me in short notices as well. The reception staff (Shruthi, Saru and Anky) are friendly and amazing as well. Overall excellent service.:) Kudos to the whole team. Highly recommend her. God bless her and her team.

Dr. Swaminathan is an absolutely incredible physician. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. She makes me feel like I am a priority and has really changed my life for the better. She also takes the time to call after appointments to just check in to make sure I am OK. I’ve never met such a thorough and caring GP.

Before seeing her I felt so let down as I was struggling with an illness that no one could diagnose, and I was dismissed by others telling me it was something relatively minor. Upon meeting Dr. Swaminathan she assured me she would figure it out and make my life better, and that’s exactly what she did. Because of her I have a clear diagnosis and treatment plan. She literally saved my life.

It’s so rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I cannot speak more highly enough of Dr Swaminathan. She treats you like a person and not a number! Now my husband sees her too and he has the same feedback.

The administration team are also just as incredible and lovely. I adore the ladies there.

I highly recommend becoming her patient, you will not regret it in the slightest.

Dr Sujatha is an excellent health professional, she listens intently to understand her patients issues, explains throughly what is going on and proactively investigates all health issues. Support staff in the centre is always very polite and professional. Waiting times are mostly better than other centres in the area. Can't complain! Top notch medical centre and definitely recommended!

Unfortunately I didn’t feel my experience with Dr. Su matched the reviews I’ve seen. Perhaps the positive reviews set my expectations too high - but honestly I just felt as though she felt I was just wasting her time. I didn’t really get around to speaking about what I actually needed assistance with because I could tell within the first 5 minutes I didn’t want to return to the clinic.

Really disappointed with Dr Su. After previous good experiences, she has turned my baby away twice, due to having 'Covid symptoms'. I had to find another GP, who saw us straight away. One time he had a UTI and the other a throat infection. This was both recent, when NSW was not recording any locally acquired cases.
I understand the importance of protecting the community and fair enough making an adult take a Covid test but not a baby.

Very efficient Staff. Dr Sujata is very experienced doctor. They have appointment system which saves Lots of time time. I will recommend we care medical centre to everyone.

On my very first visit, for both myself and my son, we were met with smiles, professionalism and a very skilled and knowledgeable Doctor.
The Doctor was so patient, with my son, who was being quite rude on the day. She examined him from head to toe, provided an accurate second-opinion and changed up his treatments. They are working beautifully.
The Doctor was very thorough with me, and even saw me later in the day, when I had further questions.
What really impressed me, was the Doctor phoning me personally, the very next morning to ask how my son and I were feeling. True to the name of the medical centre, they really do care, about each and every patient.
An if all this wasn’t enough, when the phones were playing up at the clinic, the Doctor made sure she transferred those phones to her mobile phone, so no patient went un-treated.
Not to mention, the doctor stating it was her duty to treat patients to her full extent, to keep them OUT of the hospital system. Other doctors, in the past, that I had attempted seeking help from, fobbed me off with “if it’s that bad, just go to the hospital! ”
Not Doctor Sujatha! She’s a blessing!

After moving to penrith we were worried about finding good Gp. I read reviews and went to we care medical practice with my 2 little ones and husband.i found it very good especially Gp and their warm customer service. I like how much time she spent and listened to me carefully and checked all of us very well. I am happy to find someone close to home and so good. I will highly recommend this medical practice.

The doctor was really great with me, saw me on short notice multiple times over two week. She took a call with me when there was an issue with my medication and even called to check how i was doing. A great experience all considering.
