Waverley Oval reviews
9One of the best ovals in the East. Very well presented and extremely clean oval with amenities catering for all sports codes. Like the option it has for crowds of either sitting at the stadium seats undercover or the far right side the artificial grass in the sun. Would highly suggest perhaps a few benches around the park (oval) giving people options sit and enjoy the park/oval from all angles and more so to watch a game from other points of the oval - rather than hanging on the fence watching a game, as many do.
Lovely facilities though oval is an absolute mudpit. Might need some TLC from the council to get the grounds back in tip top condition
Great oval and surrounding area. Loved walking via here on the way to school when I was young and now my kids love the playground. Much improvements from when I was little but sadly the rocketship is locked up. Thankfully it's still there though. Heritage!? Should be. Ok. Bye.
This was rubbish, the oval is not circle enough. I am not happy with the performance of the staff here. 2/5 not good enough.
Lovely, large park in Bondi Junction. Lots of sports fields, shady places to have a moment to contemplate and a very historic war memorial. A great place to visit.
Great for an outdoor gym session. Suits all types of weather. Undercover rainy days. Or under a canopy of trees for those great summer days.
Park has it all, all weather pitch, bush, dog walking, basketball, netball, sports hall, views, all the youngs uns with their barbeques and "smokes".
I guess it's a great place to spend Australia day but I wouldn't know because I work Monday to Friday everyweek it's a fantastic place for a walk though
What a great way to spend Australia Day, sitting watching East Suburbs vs Mosman. Hardly anyone else here! Good cricket, great facilities, comfortable viewing. A beer or two would make a perfect day but we have to walk to the local bowlo otherwise would be 5 stars. Good catch!
