I rang the office enquiring about a property for sale. I was told the agent would call me. No call. 2 days later I called the agent’s mobile number and asked them to call me. That was 2 days ago! No- one seems interested in selling us a property. Perhaps the need for basic customer service has disappeared. If looking for an agent in Wauchope I’d strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

Natasha was very committed to getting us the best possible sale from Day 1. She kept us informed every step of the way so that we were always up to date with how things were progressing. Our property was first marketed on 6th January and it was sold and settled by 28th February. Can't get much better than that. Wouldn't hesitate to ask Natasha to sell a property for us again if the need arose.

We initially had our listing with another agent but switched to Natasha at Wauchope real estate. It was the best move we could have made as she
