I had a broken thermostat on my hot water heater. They were quick to respond, quick to identify the problem and quick to fix it. The guy that came out was knowledgable and polite. I thought the costs were reasonable. I always wait a while to observe the results before reviewing. The job was done August 22 2023. This review was submitted October 11 2023.

Top Job. Had some level 2 electrical work completed. It was great to see the sparkies putting safety as number 1 and planning their work to have the least amount of downtime humanly possible to my power supply.

Watts Next installed 3 ceiling fans at our place. They carried out the work in an extremely professional manner. The installation team were very efficient carrying out the work in a way that minimised disruption. They were very courteous and made sure that they consulted us as necessary. Due to the access difficulties in our ceiling space it was necessary to cut additional holes in the ceiling all of these were satisfactorily repaired by a contractor employed by Watts Next. Mitch came to repair part of my elderly mum’s power board and restore power that she had lost to part of her home. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He looked at what needed to be done to make my mum’s house safe, but also keeping in mind costs, and what was practical for the length of time she may still be in the house. The fact that he came out on a very cold and windy Saturday so that mum could have power for her tv and heating in the rooms she uses the most, was much appreciated too, and he didn’t charge extra for the Saturday work. I would highly recommend Mitch, and he will be my go-to sparky from now on.
