One of the best and most beautiful places to be. The ocean is very nice but the river.the river is so relaxing and nice to walk through and swim.
Some people jump of the rock where the waterfall is. But that is forbidden and bloody dangerous. That was the only thing that wasn't nice to see people doing dumb stuff like jumping off of it with a trampoline even.
But you can swim away from that part up the river where the water is nice, warm and it's more quiet and beautiful:)
It is a very unique place and I highly recommend going there on a nice hot day.

This is my happy place. Please do not come here because parking is limited.leave it for me

This section of the coastal walk is lovely. There are amenities, a BBQ and picnic area, a small waterfall, lagoon, sandbar and beach. It's everything in one place. I recommend hiking and hour and back either way and then going for a nice swim.

This is one of my favourite spots to go on a day trip! Perfect place to take friends and kids, pretty safe to swim. Highly recommended. It can get quite busy on sunny weekends, get there early and if you have time, try to go on weekdays.

Beautiful scenic location. Prepare to wade across to the beach, can be around waist height at mid tide. Worth it for a peaceful day here though. Also some great costal tracks available and the BBQ area always looks clean.

Wattamolla Falls is a popular waterfall and swimming hole located in the Royal National Park in New South Wales, Australia. The falls are situated on the Wattamolla Creek and flow into a natural rock pool, which is perfect for swimming and relaxing.

Visitors to Wattamolla Falls can take a short hike through the bushland to reach the falls, which are surrounded by stunning natural scenery and wildlife. The area is also home to a range of native birds and animals, including wallabies, echidnas, and possums.

In addition to swimming, visitors to Wattamolla Falls can also enjoy a range of other activities in the area, including fishing, picnicking, and bushwalking. The nearby Wattamolla Beach is also a popular spot for surfing and sunbathing.

Wattamolla Falls is located about an hour's drive south of Sydney and is easily accessible by car or public transport. The falls and surrounding area are open year-round, although swimming may not be possible during periods of high rainfall or flooding.

Absolutely stunning. A must go place for a day outing with friends. It got waterfall, backwaters for kids and then sea beach. Lots of trees, barbeque place, resting shades, washrooms and plenty of parking.

Not very friendly for prams but thats easily manageable.

Free of parking and entry, there's picnic area where you can do BBQ, also have restrooms for changing.

The water is clean and there's fishes.

The Bush Trails Where Good However The Creek Water Smells And Looks Like Sewage Water Unless You Go To The Beach.

Also You Have To Pay A $12 Parking Fee To Enter A (Public Nature Reserve)!

Such a beautiful place. A little lagoon, a beach, a waterfall and forest, all in one place.
Gets very crowded when the weather is nice and it's the weekend or a holiday. There is a picnic area with public BBQ as well.
One downside is that there is no water fountain and no drinking water available, so come prepared for that. Besides that this place is for sure a must visit

It’s not too far from the southern suburbs. It was so empty, quiet, gorgeous! The water was freezing but so clear I couldn’t resist I had to immerse myself in it! I recommend to go there at least once if you are living nearby

Very nice place for hang out with family, and enjoy swimming in either in lagoon or beach. Plus look out on the other side of little bit walk. Just need to bring your own food, drinks, water as no pop up store or anything available. Bring everything and enjoy.

This place was by far the best Waterfall/Beach I've been to so far. Easy to access with a path & stairs most of the way. You do need to cross the small are of the beach to get to the other side. The water depending on the tide is about 1/2 metre high. So if taking kids across be extra careful. The falls are a small walk from the carpark.
Wattamolla Falls are in The Royal National Park so you do have to pay a per car fee of $12. Bbqs available & a summer house, toilets easy access & lots of parking.

They charge $12 to enter at the front.
On the occasion I visited there was no parking available and whilst we weren't charged to enter because of this. It meant not being able to see it either.

Beautiful and serene. The perfect outdoor setting to spend time with your family or significant other. A bit of a walk to the beach but once there you will love. The sand banks make it ideal and safe for children.

Hidden gem in NSW the beach and waterfall is beautiful. The place is somewhat secluded but not too far from Bankstown. With $12 entry fee (consider it parking fee) it's worth the price. Definitely going to come back here again with family

One of the beautiful place to visit with family and friends to have fun. Such beautiful falls and beach. So much greenery and cool breezing air when you gonna reach on top on rocks of wattamolla. Once should visit place to have fun. And you gonna pay $12 when entering as toll tax. They charge while entering. Plenty car parking space available. Well organized car parking. Washroom available near parking. There is stairway to beach access.

Medium difficulty hike, mix of raised easy path, muddy trail, and some wet rocks. Wear some nice waterproof hiking boots if you want to keep your feet dry. Great views and some nice swimming spots.
