Absolutely DISGUSTING attitude. Very rude and not helpful. WONT GO BACK THERE AGAIN if you don't want to be at work stay home next time. So so so rude WHAT A WASTE OF TIME
Bought a Kubota Zero Turn mower along with optional catcher and tow hitch. Found the service, communication and product amazing. Mack was super helpful and patient showing me over the machine and loading it onto our truck. Very happy with the entire experience and looking forward to having my ongoing onsite services performed by Watson Tractors.
Visited their Orange field days site yesterday and they did a fantastic job in getting us not to deal with them. The rude and condescending manner we were treated with cost them a sale.
We appeared to have been judged and convicted of not being good enough at first glance, not everybody is as you think they appear.
Will never see us again
Not good. Drove from sydney to buy a tractor belt. Thinking I was saving $80 against Sydney prices. Got there to be told he had actually given me the price for blades and not belt. Sad.
