Wonderful service and very professional installers.
They were recommended to me and I would recommend them now too.

There was a miscommunication with regard to the timing of my installation which became problematic. The issue was resolved through clear communication and strong customer service. I was initially very unhappy and probably quite difficult to deal with and the company rep I dealt with worked hard to resolve the issue while remaining friendly, calm and professional throughout. I’m happy with the eventual outcome and would recommend this business to others.

We can't recommend Watson Blinds and Awnings highly enough. Every member of the team who we met with were professional and friendly. We were looking for an external blind that didn't detract from the design of the house and we are thrilled with the result. Michael was fantastic from start to finish with our order of window furnishings for our home. He was patient and made sure we knew exactly what we were ordering and showed us many samples and talked us through the different quality of their different ranges.
We never felt rushed and we made a few changes before ordering. Michael was always happy to do this for us until we were totally happy. His after sales service was beyond and above our expectations and we would highly recommend him and Watson Blinds. We would certainly use them again.

I found Watson Blinds, Bateman's Bay, to be a very efficient and professional company. The initial, comprehensive consultation was with Kai, and we were given a choice of varied samples and an early and reasonable quote.
The installers, Tom and Buck, came four weeks later and hung the blinds and programmed them to the remote. They were very efficient, personable and explained the workings off the blinds, answering all questions. The blinds look terrific, very attractive and functional. We should have had them installed years ago.

Called in to see displays as new Wollongong store hadn't yet opened & we were down that way for the week.
Young gentleman, sorry didn't get name, who served us was very helpful & informative re outside blind options.
Highly recommend at least asking them for a quote if looking for new blinds.
They also have indoor window furnishings available

Watson Batemans Bay was very courteous and looked after us in price and responded to our queries in a timely manner. Great 5 star service from quotation through to installation. A very difficult job that the team devoted attention to detail and provided follow up contact. Will be using them again for plantation shutters in the rest of the house!
