Very easy to deal with and honest.we bought our place from Tim, He was easy to deal with and as a 1st time byer he was very helpful with all my questions. Tim is a man of his word and went above and beyond for us especially with our strata people. His customer services is amazing always returned emails and calls asap. We would highly recommend Tim his integrity is above reproach, where in this day and age a lot of companies don't have any. Its been really nice to deal with a honest person like Tim. Thank you

Knowledgable, intuative and transparent. Tim is a stellar guy who really knows his stuff. I have done various property-related things with him over the last decade. He's managed properties for my wife and I, and sold others. I could not rate him any higher when it comes to local knowledge and transparency. On top of that, he's a bloody great guy, so that just makes the whole process so much more fun and rewarding.

THE BEST AGENT IN TOWN! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tim Lapham since 2012 when I bought my apartment in Zetland NSW. Tim has managed my property since then until the sale of the unit recently. At all times Tim and the Waterpoint team have been nothing but professional and helpful. Since I am a Melbourne investor I had to rely on Tim and his team to manage everything for me. My journey has been seamless and actually really enjoyable. With the sale of the apartment, Tim always had my interest and did everything possible to achieve an amazing result under quite challenging times. I’ve known Tim more than 10 years. Given the excellent track record that he has, I was confident I was in good hands. I’ve never sold an apartment before so I was fairly clueless of the process but Tim made it relatively easy. His knowledge and expertise is second to none and he would find the time to answer my Qs even if it was at obscure hours! He is responsive on emails as much as he is on the phone. He knows the industry back to front and he is great at communicating. With these traits and together with his approachable and friendly nature I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to sell my apartment.

Very good experience! I have worked with Tim for approx ten years, first with him as the property manager of my investment property and then using his skills and experience to sell my apartment.

I used Tim to sell the property because of his familiarity, knowledge and experience of selling property in the Chiswick area. He managed my tenants departure from the property well such that we could go to the market quickly and efficiently; he found us a buyer, got us a good price given the market and managed the whole process well. Tim is a good communicator so I knew where the sale was at at all times.

I wouldn't hesitate in using Tim to sell property for me again in the future.

Great company to work with! Waterpoint services some of the luxurious buildings in Sydney and we've had the pleasure providing our security services in those buildings. The staff and management team are professional and highly recommend them to manage your building.

Not a good experience.

They all seem helpful but once they lock you in, forget about you, reply aaaaaaages later until you tell them you're gonna send the bill or call them several times.
I got told they were on it etc but when I call them up, they forget again.

Had a very poor experience with these guys and they keep removing

Great overall experience and achieved the agreed sale price in reasonable time. Tim and Danielle are so exceptional in their selling process. Kept me informed by providing reports, email, and calls during this process. They did manage to sell the property in reasonable timeframe. Very happy with them and would recommend to everyone.

Since moving to an apartment on Underdale Lane in Meadowbank, my initial experience was somewhat disappointing because there was very little communication from the Building Management team.
When Roger Harte commenced, there was an immediate improvement. He walked around and introduced himself to the residents and became the friendly face of Waterpoint Asset. He is Waterpoint's asset.
He was just an email or a call away and nothing was a problem for him. I had major issues with my gas meter and if I couldn't provide the information required by the gas company during the day, Roger would always oblige by taking a photo of the meter and sending it to me, to ensure a speedy resolution.
He always went above and beyond to ensure the tenants were supported.
He is definitely a 'stand out' employee and Ii think everyone on the block knows Mr. Roger.

Perfect opportunity to learn and experience why people in generally sigh and say "Yeah those real estate agents". Especially when you deal with Danielle. Rude, arrogant, poor service, absolutely hopeless. Don't waste your time just because they have the largest office in Meadowbank area.

Smooth and easy experience as a tenant for over a year. Only moving because we need a bigger place. Staff are always happy to help with any enquiries and overall very efficient and friendly. Any issues with move in, move out and repairs were quickly resolved. Particularly, I was to thank Alana for all her help during our stay. Thanks again Alana!
