Watermark were quite and did the job quite quickly there was a small issue but they returned quickly to fix it and now everything is in working order.

We recently had work done with watermark plumbing, Myles was professional, friendly and had excellent communication throughout the whole service, ensuring we constantly knew what was going on. He left the bathrooms in immaculate condition once he was finished.

As a strata building manager I have been using Watermark for 3 years. There isn’t a problem they haven’t had a solution for. I can’t rate their communication, response time reporting and value enough. Highly recommended.

We had a serious gas leak coming from the gas meter. Watermark plumbing liaised with the gas company who provided a new meter. Watermark installed and relocated the new meter within 24 hours of the initial call out.

Plumbers arrived on time, were professional and did a fantastic job. Will be using them again going forward.

We've had watermark plumbing out to fix two separate issues at our rental and I would highly recommend their services. The booking and timing communication was excellent and the plumbers were so friendly and professional.

Watermark Plumbing was easy to engage and work with. They were professional, prompt and has reasonable timing. Also, they were clean and polite. Our issues to repair were in relation to an old-fashioned toilet and leaking sink pipes. Spoke to Matt and Damien who were very quick to respond and provide cost estimates. Miles came out to repair and did a fantastic job and was detailed in his testing after the repair. Very happy with the service and the workmanship. Would strongly recommend!

Not commenting on your service but just got shouted at by one of your employees at Grill’d Crows Nest. 3 of us girls were enjoying a nice meal and then got sworn and shout at for apparently being too loud. He was wearing your branded shirt. We were outside aswell with lots of space to move for a more quiet/intimate space for a date. How employees act outside of work is just as important so thought I’d drop this note:)

We have used Watermark Plumbing for a number of years and they always deliver to the highest standards. They are fast, friendly, efficient, on time - the work is impeccable and they always leave everything clean and tidy. They also have connections to other great quality trades that they utilise which means all jobs are well coordinated. I do not hesitate to recommend Watermark.

Watermark Plumbing are always able to provide quick and efficient service on all of the sites I manage. They are able to attend for urgent jobs when required which is extremely important. Their staff are always on time, polite, and importantly clean and tidy. Also advising on best rectification methods when there isn't an easy solution. Managing after hours work is also not an issue when required.

Good customer service, work was good and efficient.just be mindful that they also charge time spent getting to their car, so better arrange good parking close by

Had a issue with a leak in pipe after doing some gardening work. Called Watermark plumbing and spoke with Damien in the office who was very helpful and organised one of their plumbers who was in the area to attend and fix the problem, excellent service from start to finish, highly recommended.

Have to say the Guy's at Watermark Plumbing went beyond the call of duty
they came sorted out our taps, do not leak any more also changed the toilet to our upstairs office very satisfied they cleaned after each of the jobs and took away the old taps and toilet saved us from disposing them would highly recommend to anyone.

Really efficient and helpful. We needed an inspection of a storm water system and certification. All was completely in a timely manner.

Disappointed and ripped off, not the honest and affordable plumbing company they make themselves out to be. Avoid at all costs.
