Tim was really helpful & informative on the quote, explaining all the options available for the job needed. On the day of the job, Tim and his apprentice arrived on time, were not intrusive and got the job done easily. They cleaned up perfectly once the job was completed, in good time.

Had an amazing experience with Thomas! He was punctual, informative about what he was doing, respectful (took his shoes off not to track the dirt in and waited before walking in any rooms by himself), very friendly and kind! Had an issue with the taps in my laundry for both the sink and the washing machine. The technician (Dalton) came to my property on time, resolved all issues with the taps in a professional manner and was an absolute pleasure to deal with personally. I would highly recommend the services provided by Waterite and would happily refer them in the future!
