Unbelievably bad customer service from what I could only believe is a 9 year old child responding to emails and texts for this "business" and in the orders room I'm led to believe it's a 90 year old blind man ever so slowly packing orders to send out with huge unnecessary delays.
When I called repeatedly and emailed to simply ask about the ETA on my order the small child I was conversing with proceeded to have a melt down, sulk and then without prompting cancelled my order and issued me a refund. Wonderfully petty and extraordinarily terrible business acumen coming out of a business named creatively "waterfilterforfridge" shouldn't be surprising to anyone.
My heart goes out to this boy whom I'm sure had a loveless childhood and probably just needs a good hug.

Thanks for calling me back like you said you would. Just because the part was only worth a few dollars and wasn’t worth your while you tried to tell me they don’t make it anymore. Then tell me you are looking into it then fail to call back when I was already told by another employee a day earlier that I need to pay online and then they can order the part in due to no stock on shelf. Only worried about the profit instead of running a good honest business

This business sent me the incorrect filter for my fridge, when I tried to tell them they'd sent the wrong filter, they said it was my fault, even though their website clearly shows the correct part number for the filter for my fridge is different to the filter they sent me. Would not send me a new one, basically just bad luck, I've done my dough. Dodgy business, do not use.

They forgot to include brass fittings. They provided after I let them know. Then, after they arrived, I installed it and the pipe leaks water, so it doesn't work. They didn't get back to me after I asked for help.

I have ordered filters for my fridge and filtered water system from this company twice now, and I will most definitely not bother going anywhere else! Their prices are fantastic, great service, and efficient dispatch of items. Very happy
