Very professional and quick response. I am very happy with their depreciation reports for all my investment properties. All staff are very friendly, and especially Peter, General Manager, gave me several useful information to maximize the claim amount and his knowledge about investment property markets. You'd better check the numbers and make sure the accuracy of the report even though you thought you paid the experts to do their professional job.

Errors and inconsistency on various parts of the report and I end up with loss of deduction and more importantly tax credibility.what a mess!

update: They seemed to care by asking for details but no reply or follow up afterwards when you asked for full refund. Gave up and escalated to governing bodies and see what they say.
