Absolutely awful experience.the men i was dealing with were rude and disinterested.i should've listened to my friend to go elsewhere, he works closeby and has gone a few times and has witnessed the way they've talked to some people the last time he went, but for convenience i ended up here but never again.i'd give this place a pass unless you want to be treated like you're less than nothing or less important than the next guy.unimpressed and disappointed.unaustralian behaviour

Great experience. I wanted to get my suite ready on the same day due to last minute event. They accommodated my request.

I was travelling in town for 2 weeks and needed wash and fold service. Inquired on the website and Shamil dropped me a message/ call to answer my queries.

The store even offers delivery charges for a reasonable 20 dollars for the distance we were at, my colleague and I were overall happy with the quality of the wash.

Shamil was polite and helped with my specific requests. Highly recommend!

The team at WashMart are so kind and great at what they do. I take my king size quilt to them every couple of months and get it back very quickly, super clean and smelling beautiful!

I went here recently to get a party dress cleaned and the team has been extremely helpful and gave me sound advice on which service was best for the stains on the dress. I will definitely come back in the future should I need anything else cleaned.

I brought in a dress that had gone through the wash and they were upfront about the fact that they might not be able to save it and told me why. The turn around was much faster than estimated, the prices are fair and my dress was saved!

Shamil and his team are exceptional. They absolutely put their customer first. Did not charge me for some washing because of a disruption to their business that caused me a little inconvenience. The care for the customer is amazing. Would give 10 stars if I could.

The family that run this place are lovely. Super professional, large bags of laundry for $25. They are definitely worth it. I'll be back again. Also my clothes actuallt look and smell clean, and without the horrible starchy feeling you can get sometimes.

Wash Mart did not only do an exceptional job, they also did not charge me and said “it’s our gift to you for your wedding day, congratulations! ” I can’t express enough into words how touched I was. Well where do I start, the service is outstanding the staff are professional and always give great service. The owner goes well beyond his job description. I get my work cloths dry cleaned every week here they do a great pickup and drop off service this is great for me as I have busy work life. Could not fault this place thank you so much for the outstanding service. Always with a smile

I'm really happy I decided to try Wash Mart - Shamil is lovely and professional. Him and his team do a fantastic job washing, drying and folding our clothes. You can tell Shamil really cares about his customer's because he holds himself and the service he provides to very high standards. If you are short of time to do your own washing I would highly recommend you give the Wash Mart team a chance (it's also pretty good value for money in our opinion).

This little place is so convenient and the guy that runs the place is so nice. I got two loads of washing done here and a jacket steam cleaned. He was swamped with work and still got it all done super quick. Good value for money and good customer service!

The service was absolutely excellent! I had my wedding gown and my partner’s suits dry cleaned. The quality looked like brand new ones! The staff/owner in the shop was very helpful and honest telling me what he can do and what he will do. I was impressed with the professionalism! Ask for Shamil when visiting the shop! From start to finish the service provided by team at Wash Mart was absolutely spectacular.

Tomato sauce was accidentally dropped onto a very expensive suit of mine on a saturday night. I contacted the number listed and was met with an immediate response from the owner who provided me with guidance after hours and arranged a time to drop it off the following day.

After i dropped off my suit he kept me updated throughout the process. Once ready for pick up i was notified and when picking up my suit i was floored by the final product.

Everything was perfect, no sign of any stains, and all my clothes was taken care of.

All of this service, followed by a bargain of a price, i cannot suggest this place strongly enough.
