I purchased 2/46 Bayswater Street, Drummoyne at the on-site auction on 19/02/2022.
I first heard of the property from Conor Allen while inspecting another apartment Warwick Williams Real Estate was showing in Drummoyne, which did not meet my requirements. Conor suggested 2/46 Bayswater Street, which Warwick Williams was about to list, might just fit the bill.
I looked up the excellent photo and floor plan presentation on the realestate.com website and was immediately won over.
I attended the first public Saturday open house showing, which confirmed my desire to purchase the property. The Warwick Williams people on-site were all very friendly and accomodating of all my questions.
By this time Conor had already responded to my request for the contract and the link for the Strata Report.
I requested some minor changes to the contract which Conor facilitated through the vendor's and my solicitors.
The on-site auction was well attended by a number of serious bidders and was handled very professionally by the auctioneer in conjunction with the Warwick Williams personnel.
All in all I was very happy with Warwick Williams Real Estate's handling of my purchase of the property.
