Worst customer service you’ll ever get in your life here. Allan doesn’t care about how some of his staff talk to and disrespect customers on a regular basis. Incompetent business that only cares about making some cash, need to realise the customers come first, not your bad attitudes and issues from out of work, customers aren’t going to be your daily dose of a free therapist to take your issues out on! If you’re that miserable get some help maybe?

Was sent to WABR after a NRMA customer drove into the back of me. They were brilliant from the start - assessment booked in the same day the claim was lodged, parts ordered within hours and repairs booked for the day the parts arrived, repairs finished ahead of schedule and the car looks brand new again. You couldn't ask for more, that everyone I dealt with there was great to deal with and very professional was an absolute bonus. Highly recommended and if your insurer sends you there then you've got very lucky!

We were forced to go here as they are a NRMA preferred repairer (which was the only option I was given to fix my car).
They have done a terrible job on my car, which my mechanic is going to have to fix for me.

The team at the auto body repair shop are amazing. My car was vandalised so it needed alot of work to be done. The repair was of a very high standard and much better than I imagined. They kept me updated with the work and the repairs were completed quickly. I highly recommend this company.

Very efficient from initial assessment to pick up of vehicle. Car was booked in for repair 2 working days after the assessment, and delivered on time 4 days later. Service was professional and friendly throughout, from the initial assessment, the young lady on reception through to the lovely gentleman who showed us to the vehicle on collection. Car was clean and the work well done. Absolutely nothing to recommend as improvement. They did what they said they would do, they did it professionally and with a friendly attitude. Can’t ask for more.

NOT IMPRESSED Jan.this place was a joke.they takin the piss.had car booked in for insurance repairs.these muppets delayed me twice. 3 and a half weeks.then had my car for another week.when i picked car up.things were damaged or missing.phone holder damaged.front windscreen had a new chip in it.tools missing outta me tool box that was in my boot.cleaning products missing.when I called back to mention my problem. I was ask 1 simple question. " are you sure sir. "? They takin the piss. I WILL NOT return.will not suggest anyone use this place. Am I Sure? What that u broke my s#*t.stole my tools. YES. YES I AM.

Wow! Absolutely fantastic professionals. I had an accident and my insurance company directed me to Warringah Auto Body Repairs. After short inspections they took my car straight away, even thought they had a three weeks waiting list, with a promise to make all work in 4,5 days. The repairs done in a best way, they even made my bumper look nicer without taking any extra money. I would definitely come back again if I'd have to repair a car. I also saw a couple of another customers and they were happy too.
