Warringah Aquatic Centre

A little dated now, but still a fun time with the kids, or even to do some laps by yourself. Decent pricing too.

Well organised and staffed, clean. Staff are all helpful and friendly. The place is starting to show its age a bit but still a good place for laps during the day.

I swim here regularly. Nice indoor pool.
Staff are nice and welcoming.
They have a adult squad at 930am free if you have a yearly pass
And he is well worth it.
He caters for the learn to swim to the OmG how fast.

Staff are very courteous, friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the staff pass through a revolving door. The place is very run down.

The lifeguards there gave us no warning of the rules and on the inflatable it says 2 people on the slide but when you go on the slide with a another person you get in trouble and then they threaten you with kicking you out if u swim under the inflatable even if there is no warning saying u can’t i do not recommend.

Absolutely terrible.i was threatened for going under the slide when i wasn’t warned to not.they were extremely rude and had no care for us.they do false advertisement saying ur allowed 2 people on the slide when ur only allowed 1 as i was threatened to be banned again without a warning.don’t go here.

Visited for the first time to do some laps, got some information on adult swim squad sessions. Will be visiting frequently from now on.

Pool temperature is always just right. Great place to do laps. Always good to check their website to make sure there's lanes because on hot days or when water polo is on, the swimlanes are greatly reduced. Also, the 50m pool is always split into 2 by 25m to give more swimmers access. The outdoor area is fun for kids. There is plenty of parking as it's shared with baseball playing fields.

Kiosk is a scam, raises prices whenever events happen, yeah its smart but cmon. Pool is good, bathrooms have ok space, front desk is nice and shop is expensive

Too many rules, outdoor pool closes at 5pm. Could have a NB Residents discount rate. Bathroom soap dispensers empty in a post COVID society.

Great pool but as a serious Lap swimmer i was dissapointed that the 50m full length was reduced to 2 x 25m.

Great water park for kids. Outdoor shaded and heated pool great to take the littlies in too. The indoor 50m pool seems to always be divided into 2X25m which I personally find disappointing because I’d love to do 50m laps but can’t. Staff are lovely.

Not one to usually rag on a venue. But, every time I come here there are no lanes available, everything is taken over by squads, waterpolo or swim school.

The experience is definitely not worth the money.

We visited January 2022. The facilities are fantastic but a filthy health risk, an absolute disgrace considering the current COVID climate, it looks like several months of mould build up and the hot bain-marie had a revolting build up of food scum.
We were very disappointed with our local pool.

Top place, for up/coming future stars. Families, have a great time also. W/club's also, are well served.

Awesome place to go and swim train. Prices are good, not ott about COVID and pool is in good condition. Have been to loads of swim carnivals here and everything is in awesome shape. Thanks Warringah!

Plenty of room and plenty of free lanes. Don't know why the diving boards have to be locked up for most of the time. Nanny State gone mad!

Great place to come with family and kids! Outside has bbc, water games and slides, awesome pool half shaded and parcours at the back! Inside great Olympic pool, with diving boards and on the holidays they have giant inflatables! Highly recommend with okay prices! Great

Cannot fault the staff or the facility the way it has been managed over the last 12 months. Staff did a brilliant job all through COVID, lane allocations, timed entry and distancing rules all applied. More recently staff have been awesome to me (I'm on crutches) with assistance getting in and out of the pools. Also, I nearly always get a lane for doing laps, either indoors or out, so big ups regarding the pool allocations/management. My only issue is that the amenities need more regular cleaning and could do with an upgrade, or at least better maintenance. 4.5 stars

Came here for COVID testing. Very well organised, good set up and the staff were very polite and explained the procedures clearly.
