I was pleased to receive a prompt appointment. I was very happy with Dr Jarred Pezzullo manner, expertise and assessment.

Easy to book an appointment with HotDoc on the day and did not have to wait. Got a request for an ultrasound and it was done the same day. Medical certificate for work, bulk billed and Telehealth appointment to follow up.

Dr Ramesh and his staff are friendly helpful and go beyond with their care to make sure that you are looked after and stay healthy

They are lovely people, you don't feel you are rushed, Dr Romish makes you feel comfortable and easy going. He has been my doctor nearly 4.5yrs thought I had lost him when he left previous practice, but found him when I looked across the parking area and there was his happy face on his own practice. Was so happy.

Unfortunately this business doesnt look after their customers.

I went to see a doctor 5 weeks ago and got the prescription with 2 reps.

When I called the chemist to make my 1st one and was notified the doctor has cancelled my prescription without let me know.

As I called the practice to find out what happened, they pushe me to pay for another consult to get the same prescription. Apparently the doctor I saw left that place and I had to see another doctor.

Also I had to call 3 times to actually get some answeback.

Pretty poor customer service

This was my first visit which was a positive experience. I would definately recommend this practice to family and friends.

Very professional, friendly & tech savvy practice, the pre appointment online questionnaire was the great because I have anxiety & this made the whole process so easy as Dr Romesh knew exactly I was there for

The ladies at reception are great to communicate with and very helpful, dr panju is also a great doctor highly recommend.
