The end result of our engineered timber floor is fantastic and suits our situation perfectly. Other companies viewed our old house 'not suitable' for what we wanted but Darcy made it happen. From the moment we walked into the shop he was incredibly welcoming, friendly, approachable, helpful with all type of flooring and carpet throughout the store. His knowledge was brilliant and gave us options to suit budget which made the decision making very easy. Darcy responded to all my queries when I left the store quickly, nothing was ever too hard and for all of our flooring needs we will go back.
