25Friendly staff and enjoyable experience, only gripe would be that its a smaller stall (due to location) meaning less variety in models
The place is welcoming to both people who are new to the hobby as well as returning veterans like myself.
Those who are wanting to try the hobby are welcome to paint miniatures or have their first Warhammer game for free, all they need to do is ask the staff in store.
Speaking of which, the staff are all friendly and are more than helpful with any questions you may have.
The hobbyists who frequent the store are welcoming as well which is important if you're going to be spending an ample amount of time in the store working on your own miniatures and rolling dice.
Everyone there is very knowledgeable about the hobby and can often point you in the right direction if you need specific resources.
The place is well situated opposite Chatswood shopping center so parking is not a problem.
The biggest problem with the store is its floor space, it can feel a little crowded when there's 8 or so people inside.
It is certainly one of the better hobby stores you can visit, even if you're just there to paint. Definitely a place to bring your friends curious about the hobby.
The staff are super passionate and willing to help you find what your looking for whether a vague thing to paint or a very specific army upgrade.
Friendly local staff who are very helpful. More than happy to assist in detailed rules queries and assisted my friend's son in learning the game
Remember coming here as a child almost a decade ago. You guys were some of the nicest people, I have ever met in my life. True Blue Aussies
Walked in to ask about the free mini deal, had a great chat with the guy about starting up and walked out with more toys & paint stuff than I expected. Great service like that makes me come back, thanks for the help.
Amazing staff who are friendly and helpful to those coming to Warhammer for the first time and for those that are experienced hobbyists. Full range of Games Workshop items available for sale and large tables with sample terrain etc for play and painting tips.
Cozy shop with a great range of miniatures and friendly staff. Not too friendly where they keep on following you and keep on asking if you need help. The good kind of friendly where they ask if you need help and you say "nah I'm good" and then they respect your space.
Team are always helpful especially for someone getting back into the hobby.
Product availability is a little low thanks to 'rona.
This is our go-to for paints and warhammer books! The guys here really know what they're talking about, and have always provided solid advice. This is also the store where we first learnt to paint, and the staff were super welcoming and encouraging. Would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking to get into painting! Or even if you're not, this is the place to try - you might love it.
The staff are always helpful and friendly. Great for people who are interested in the hobby and want to learn how to play, assemble and paint models.
Went in for a chat about painting and the staff where very helpful. Expensive as I remember from 15 years ago but helpful.
Great friendly staff! Had a nice chat to one of the guys about model painting and favourite colour palettes
Best people to meet and to teach warhammer
5/5 Best place ever
Thanks Rupert and Mark!
Super friendly staff member helped me pick out the exact paints I needed, gave me painting advice and offered to help if I ever wanted to get into Warhammer specifically, helped boost confidence for a first time painter!
Such a cool place with great friendly staff! Look out for a guy called Mark, he's super nice and very friendly!
Super friendly staff and they were very helpful (I'm new to the hobby) Plus a great collection of items in the store.
It’s a great place and everyone is really friendly. Great place to get advice for your painting.
Very friendly staff but would have appreciated a bit more hands-off approach to allow more time for browsing. Needs more LOTR stuff. Great gaming table setup though.
Nat was fantastic with my son who was there for his first time. Thanks so much for your enthusiasm and fully engaging with him.
