I wasn't here to put 5 stars, but they deserve it (doctors in this medical centre deserve 5 stars and no one can argue with me with this point) but reading all these reviews about waiting an hour to see a doctor, mate we wait 3 hrs in the hospitals before they even say hello to us and another 3 hours to be seen, half day and u guys complaining about an hour or 2 in a popular medical centre that has John Atto as Doctor.
Wherever I go I wait more than hour in medical centres to be honest it's not just there.
And BTW I usually go to places that I don't like and I don't write bad reviews but I don't go there again very simple.

I was treated with respect and the staff had a professional attitude. I saw they faced a lot of annoying customers but still the staff act professional with them, and my waiting time was acceptable.

I needed to take my grandma there to see the dentist. We booked for 3: 30 on a Sunday. Got there 10mins early because they asked us to, literally no one there & waited for ages for someone just to open the bloody door. Got in and waited 2 hours and I went to see the doctor to ask how much longer because my grandma couldn’t sit there & wait. He tells me 10-15 more mins because the patient he had had complications. Waited 20mins and told him we had to leave cause if we stayed we probably would’ve had to wait another hr. I try to book another appointment, this time to be the first patient and they don’t even answer the damn phone! Very unprofessional & need better management! Seriously don’t know how they are still open?

Today I had a tricep injury and needed to see the doctor at Ware Street Medical Centre. So I called to make an appointment and first thinking was asked if I'm an existing patient to which I replied yes. So after giving my details she replied I haven't been there since 2019. Am I supposed to injure myself to go there. Anyway she said doctor can't see me. What a grubby policy. Never again I'll go there

Worse customer and phone service ever. They literally make you wait for a solid hour just to shut the phone off

The worst medical centre, such a terrible experience with customer service, waiting time that’s just awful!

Love it! I have been going to this medical practice for many, many years and it has met my needs. God bless you for all the work you do to help our community.

The dentist "Ware st Medical and Dental centre", staff are rude. I was talking to the dentist staff about my concern of how they treated and have done my teeth. She told me to stop being silly. I told can you fix your mistakes that you have done to my 4 teeths. She slammed the door in my face. What kind of dentists slam doors in face.very rude

If I were to rate this center in the years around 1999 to 2001 I would've given it a 5 star rating. At that time, we always got the doctor that sought for (Dr John Atto). Today, thanks to many "sick" people he is overbooked.

Speaking of "sick" people, most of the "patients" here are attention-seeking, elderly Assyrian folks who just come here because they're bored at home and want to chat with their friends there and with Mr. Atto (who is a local celebrity to us Assyrians, and especially to them Lol).

I think, like any other medical centers, people should call in and book a doctor of their choice, and make an appointment. Rather than doing at the spot (in the center) and waiting 10 hours for the doctor. That's the most convenient and appropriate thing to do.

P. S. One of the Asian doctors there was a bit obnoxious and stubborn. He wasn't the worst, but I really just didn't like his demeanor. The other doctors, such as the two Iraqi ones, are very nice and friendly. And of course, last but not least, John Atto is simply the best. ;)
