Not happy with there premium mix contains only chicken manure and piles of straws, After checking the ph leve its highly acidic and you can't grow anything in it on there website it says there premium mix what it's not even close. Although I would give zero star to there premium mix hence there customer service is exceptional.

So to start with driver Parks over my driveway when he is deal with the house across the street.then brings down a wire and decides to flee instead of doing anything and now has taken out one side of the streets internet.great service and awesome people you hire he has left a live wire hanging in the street where children walk home from school. I spoke to one of the customer representative today and was absolutely rude, I had to hang up. I had specifically selected option for General inquiry because I have limited knowledge and was seeking the advice form the staff. He was rude form the start of the conversation. I asked him which would be the best soil for vegetable garden, and said previous lady mentioned truf underlay, what is your advice. He abruptly said 'WHY DID YOU ASK THEN'. Absolutely horrifying experience. I have had multiple orders form the shop before but never again.

Bought some blue metal over the last 5 weeks. Always the same price and amount in the trailer. This time I payed suddenly more and it looks like I got less 23/7/22 @3pm.
Guy in the excavator just took the Top of the pile which was more heavy after all the rain. The trailer was only half filled as usually.

I can’t say how impressed I am with the customer service of the lovely ladies in the office and the manager. I ordered the wrong size pebbles from the website and they are kindly exchanging them, picking up wrong ones and delivering new ones at no extra cost. Thankyou for being so helpful.

Our experiences with them has been very efficient, we had the lovely Receptionist- Karen assist us through our DIY from road base to pebbles, helped us calculate what we needed! Very friendly and professional.highly recommended

Very happy with the service from Waratah. On both occasions this weeks, the girls in the office correctly estimated the amount of pebbles we would need. The delivery drivers were very polite and I am overall very happy with the product and service. We will definitely return.
