I haven't signed up any project with them yet but customer service, design advice and a throughout non pushy attitude was second to none.

Angie who I spoke to was so helpful I almost fell over. This is what customer service looks like Sydney Take Note! Cannot thank her enough, sorted my issue and was no bother at all.

I live in an OVAL house designed and built in the 30’s for an optician The windows are oval the doorways are oval and the EXTERNAL WALLS are oval. It goes without saying that putting in a new kitchen was going to be very challenging.

After much searching we decided that other Kitchen Companies we spoke to were very comfortable thinking in a “straight line” however were obviously uncomfortable with the absence of right angles that our new kitchen presented.

Waratah approached our kitchen as a challenge and the result was spectacular.

Not only that but also the price they charged was more that comparable to other rectangular quotes we received.

Our kitchen required the replacement of the floor as well and Waratah were very happy to work In co-operation with other contractors who likewise were flexible.

Over the last 50 years not only did I practice medicine (now retired) but also have undertaken a number of building projects. I have come to learn that in this life there are people who you can trust to do what they say they will and those who are not quite up to the task. Waratah kitchens not only SAY what they will do THEN THEY DO IT

To summarise that on the basis of personal experience not only can you TRUST Waratah Kitchens but trust them to do an EXCELLENT JOB.

Waratah did a complete redesign and replacement of our small kitchen. We did not think there was much scope to improve the original layout (because of the size). However the end result was a much improved, more functional layout, well constructed and beautifully finished. We are delighted.

Our family home has used Granite Transformations 20 years ago and so we understood what our expectation would be to our apartment. I used Waratah Kitchens for my kitchen renovation. I am beyond happy with the result. It was everything that I had wanted for my kitchen. I worked to Waratah kitchens to design a beautiful yet practical kitchen. They guided me and made thoughtful recommendations after really listening to my needs. Would use Waratah for any kitchen renovation I will do in the future.

Our 20 year old kitchen needed updating as bench tops were worn and cabinets dated. The kitchen design was fine so had new benchtops and cupboards doors installed. The service was excellent and the workmen couldn't have been more accommodating. Feels like a whole new kitchen.

Waratah Kitchen staff and installers are always professional and friendly. My family and I have had Waratah Kitchens, build and install 6 kitchens and 3 lots of bathroom and hallway/ display cabinetry over the past few years. I have also referred them to friends who have also been very pleased with their work.
They are exceedingly precise and never disappoint. Their fees are very reasonable for a high standard of work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We chose Waratah Kitchens to install our new kitchen and laundry after getting quotes from 3 companies.
We were not disappointed with the final product and love our 2 newly renovated spaces!

High quality workmanship and finished product with professionalism right the way through the process. They also worked in well with our builder who was renovating our bathroom also.
One small negative was the extra cost involved with having to arrange the install of the Rangehood and the allowance for electrician and plumber in the quote not being enough.
Very happy with the final result though, even if slightly over budget.

Conclusion: My kitchen is the envy of friends and family.

From the get-go, from a family friend recommendation- Luke designed, then re-re-re-designed our kitchen to our continually changing specifications, with poor James being a top class chippy, trade-co-ordinator and house-minder.

They both need a raise.

If there was an Olympic sport involving goal posts changing like Hogwarts stairs, Luke and James would share gold. We ran into many issues involving sink stuff ups, Caesarstone bit dis-satisfactions and dragged out weeks of badness (through no fault of Waratah’s) - with both aforementioned keeping their fingers on our unpredictable pulse and intervening when needed.

We now have a functional, intelligently designed kitchen, which is both aesthetically and practically pleasing.

Unfortunately for Luke and James- it’s not the end of us, as we will be seeking their services for a smaller (hopefully less Murphy’s-law) project with our in-laws family kitchen.
