Worst customer service. The lady working there NEETU KANDA has no clue how she is talking to someone even though she’s not the property manager. Moreover, she acts like she’s the only one running the rules and regulations for “THE NSW”. I don’t how such kind of people can work in customer service having ZERO communication manners. That lady should learn some communication skills.

Waratah real estate has very professional and experienced staff, they always consider the request. And I had a very good experience with Jacqui, she was always honest and pragmatic with us.

Unprofessional and incompetent. Perhaps shonky too. Agent Personally recommended a tenant with bad rental history who unabashedly did unauthorised 2 shed constructions for dogs and other animals - agent never found out. Inspections? Well, unless in cahoots with the dodgy tenant, how could the agent not find out. Water leakage from bathroom upstairs that was supposed to be covered by builders warranty - agent got owner to pay for it. No clue on how things work - do you mate? House is left in a sorry state & the agent won’t take responsibility - the tenant was his relative or so he said. Maybe charged the tenant an extra fee to get a home - who knows! Do yourselves a favour, get an agent who does things by the book. Reference - Hardip Singh (the too nice guy)
