I have used waratah Certifiers to obtain OC for my cafe. Ahmed and his team were very helpful and attentive. They made the process easy giving me advise and support through out the job.
The team were very knowledgeable, prompt in responding and set my expectations at the beginning. I was very happy with the level of customer service I received from the person answering the phone to the certifier working on the job. Everyone was helpful and honest. The turnaround time from application to finalizing the OC was exceptional and I would highly recommend the team. Look forward to using Waratah Certifiers again.
Mr Ahmed Abdelrehim's is crook, and I would never recommend any service from him. I want to another Certify to approve the CDC without any issue they have approved the CDC. He also tried to charge me extra to approve the CDC. I'm looking at taking legal proceeding and reporting him to the fair trading board as a complaint. Don't be bullied by him and report him.
