My friends and I had a memorable camping trip at Wanderlust Retreat! Not only it was a haven for our dogs, the cottage was clean and well maintained! We were amazed at how clean the communal toilets and showers were! There were warm showers and there were heaps of space for the dogs to run around!
The beds were comfortable and the room was warm because of the fireplace. We had a great campfire going too. It was a perfect weekend!

I went there with a group of friends and we stayed at site#3. The camp-site was wide, shady and spacious. If you're looking for a place to get away from it all, then head to this place to chill and unwind. Brand new amenities building with hot shower, camp kitchen and fridges.
The owners/hosts - Stephanie and Guillaume were very friendly and easy to deal with.
I will definitely return, and would highly recommend this place.

I've enjoyed a number of wonderful weekends at this little slice of paradise. Big roaring fire at night, lyrebirds playing their mix tapes as they fossick about the bush nearby, perfect. Thanks Guigui and your family for hosting us in your little valley! You know we'll be back!

Was looking for a relaxing place for me and the family to disconnect from busy Sydney. And what a discovery did I make when I drove into Wanderlust retreat! The place is amazing for a weekend away, and I could definitely have stayed much longer. It's location is very quiet and relaxing. The facilities are clean are very practical. Kangaroos, wombats, and firepits. As for the hosts, they are just soooo loveable, helpful and easy going. Will definitely be back for more 'paradise 2h away from Sydney'

Wanderlust retreat is a great camping site if you looking for a quiet family getaway, the real bush experience with comfortable facilities, the toilets are very modern and clean. Plenty of wildlife around, my go to once a year at least

What a great geam found to disconnect and relax! I was on a long weekend motorcycle ride in the area and needed a break. Great bush camping, amazing clean sky full of stars at night and surrounded by nature. Toilets facilities are new and very nice. Owners are investing on new facilities and the work done so far is great. I went with a mate, however there were a couple of families and kids were having a great time in a safe and wildlife environment. Really good for families.

A lovely place to get away from it all and let the kids roam. Good camping options, the opportunity to see wildlife, and a whole lot of stars to take in at night. The shared bathroom/toilets are also quite new

Great escape to enjoy nature, the property was perfect for setting up my van and my friend's tent. Great shared facilities. Will come back for sure! Looking forward to it! Thank you for the stay.

One of the best forms of therapy is some quality time spent in the great outdoors where you can completely disconnect from the stresses of modern life. Wanderlust Retreat is an ideal place to unplug, kick back and just get on with the task of unwinding. From the minute you arrive, you will be made to feel like an old friend. Guillame's friendly nature makes him the perfect host. Don't expect first class amenities - this is proper bush camping, but this all adds to the wonderful vibe of the place. There is space galore for you to go wandering around and the wildlife abounds. This weekend I got my first up close encounter with a wombat in the wild. There are countless kangaroos and wallabies, birds of prey, lyre birds, rozellas and a hundred other species I haven't been able to recognise yet.
Make a booking, set up camp, light a bonfire and let your cares drift away with the smoke.
I can't wait to go back
