Best customer service. It was a great buying experience. Made the purchase process so much easier. I bought a OKI MFC from them. There was some issue with the drum few months after purchase. Ben organised replacement immediately and personally delivered and fitted the new drum. Highly recommend him for home and small business IT needs.
