I have been fairly regular visitor to the Wagner store - May be a sign of the times but it is one of the rare places where you can get good supplies for Electronics and audio enthusiasts.my latest experience was absolutely great. I ordered online for store pickup a pair of tweeters, and I got a callback within a day to advise that they are not in stock with the timeline. I did have an alternative which they had in stock and the team went out of their way to do the order exchange and all the Paypal actions they needed to do.

I received excellent service over the whole purchasing and delivery process. The staff were friendly and helpful when I called about product availability. The product was dispatched within a couple of days (even though the particular item wasn't in stock) and delivered two days later. The price was the most reasonable of all possible suppliers of the item.

Stock levels clear on the website, shipped really fast, arrived perfect with everything accounted for. Really happy, just need to finish off tidying now
