I had a great experience! So easy to book an appointment online. The team is really nice and the person that looked after me did a great job, I am very happy! I am always very hesitant trying a new hairdresser but this place is sure my trusted one now.

I would highly recommend anyone to come here! Jasper is very knowledgeable and took great care of me today and explained everything thoroughly. He is clearly an expert and made sure that every detail of my hair was perfect. The head massage during the hair wash was so relaxing, and Jasper was very gentle and welcoming as it was my first time. He fixed my uneven hair from a previous cut, and I have never been more satisfied with how a haircut has turned out. Will definitely be coming back!

I've been there twice now and everytime I have left really happy. The staff are great. The care and time Deeson takes to cut my hair is amazing, he geniuenly cares about the details. He is a skilled and gentle stylist and is overall lovely. 10/10 would recommend!

Been trying a few salons around the Zetland / Waterloo area and thought I'd give W Salon a try. Eddie was the one that cut my hair and he was super helpful with the tips and tricks he gave while cutting and blow drying my hair. Confident to say I've found a salon I'll be sticking with and I'm looking forward to my next visit!

I'm usually very nervous about going to new salons because I have had some shocking cuts before but my experience here was fantastic. Jasper made me feel comfortable and safe throughout my multi-hour bleach & colouring booking and did an amazing job. Also really appreciated the snacks & coffee/tea provided!

I recently also got my hair coloured here and it came out better than I could have ever expected! I literally drive nearly an hour just to get my hair done here. Highly recommended!

A very professional salon that is educated in styling hair and providing service like Asian high end salons. The massages, service, and chairs, all incredibly comfortable. Istg once you try this place out you won’t regret it. Deeson and Euson are my top choices; their massages are wonderful, but Deeson is my favorite for hairstyling. Anyways TRY THIS PLACE OUTTTT

Got my hair cut and styled by the store owner Jasper - am super happy with the result! Jasper was fantastic and very attentive. I didn't have a booking but they still accommodated me. I can't express how happy I am with this chic, clean and professional salon. I can't wait to go back for a colour treatment!

It was my first time coming to W salon and Celeste has done an exceptional job for my hair balayage. She discussed with me about my style, colour and preferences and dyed exactly the ash colour that I wanted. I have been to many hair salons and always feel worried that the colour doesn't turn out to be what I like, but Celeste did above and beyond my expectations. Her skills and experiences are exceptional and the colour is so pretty and lovely. I walked out of the hair salon and felt so satisfied with the new colour. W salon has such a wonderful customer service and outstanding experiences. I will definitely come back here again for my hair balayage. Highly recommend this place!

I visited W Salon for a haircut, fringe cut, and ended up also receiving a treatment for my damaged ends. Celeste took great care with my hair and I walked out with the exact wispy curtain bangs I was looking for! My hair felt super soft and restored.
