I visited Hurstville store today, they have very bad customer service. I asked her about the product and the way she replied was rude, not helpful. She was only engaged on her phone. Never ever visit that store again.

I AM FURIOUS.read this, trust me. I am in highschool and one day my friend and i were browsing for an hour in this store because we were bored. We are both regular customers and we spend hundred there because we LOVED the store. A lady thought we were stealing or smth (we aren’t dumb to steal) and she spied on us the whole entire time.i went in a month later and she kicked us out saying that we stole stuff and that we were playing around with the products on our hands even though they were TESTERS and we were swatching them.she said she has the “footage” on her phone and i melted asking for it but she kept on yapping on what “we did” and never showed us the “footage” while she “tried” to get it up. She reported us to “security” and now we are kicked out of that store.hope someone replies

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED.as soon as i walked in i was followed by staff members, me and my friend were using TESTERS and fragrnaces, like normal people. After we left, we were disgusted by the stafd by then shortly came back a month later so browse products. The same staff then proceeded to kick us out and told us that we were stealing and already have been reported to the police.she then escorted us out and we went back to ask for the footage as she sajd she has us stealing on the cameras. Instead of showinh us the footage we asked flr, she thrn started ti state reasons why she cant show the footage.we arnt the type of people to steal especially because we are only young and will not do that tyoe of stuff. We are now banned from tbe store because of falsr accusations. WILL NOT BE SHOPPING THERE AGAIN.

The service attitude is so bad. I don't let the guests do the work themselves. They are so grinding and lazy.

We went to the store today in hurstville westfield shopping center and we asked the staff about the product that we were looking for and the staff did not answer properly and replied kind of rudely and went away. Very bad customer service. I would give 0 review and will never go back to the store or use the product. I would say change the staff or change the attitude of the staff towards the customer and treat all the customer equally. Don’t judge them by their attire.

So weird customer service. My toddler got a hand cream it was a tester and put it back. She claimed that my toddler leaked all over. I know he didn’t. She said I have to pay for it. I don’t wanna argue over $10 but so funny.

Terrible customer service. The lady who work over there always keep chatting with other people while the customer waiting for her response. She is very rude. And no respect.

I went to W cosmetics today to buy some lip tint, i went to pay as usual and everything went well but when I arrived home I checked the receipt and i was charged for another item I did not purchase. I am not sure if i still payed for it but I know I did not buy this product and was charged on the receipt. The shop assistant was staring straight at me making me uncomfortable which made me rush the process. The shop assistant who was staring at me processed my order I am pretty sure she charged me extra for an item I never purchase. Won't be coming back here again after being charged for an item I never bought

Been going here for over a year and a half, and I’ve really enjoyed my experience so far. Excellent service, staff are very knowledgeable and the product range is quite outstanding. Would recommend as a great place to start when getting into skincare and cosmetics.

Horrible shopping experience! Staff (tall, shoulder length hair, streaked black and blonde) are very dismissive and rude. Wanting to return a product and was told I was unable to as it was cuange of mind. That is fine. But then the receipt CLEARLY says I can exchange the item. And when I raised this, the sales assistant dismissed me saying "we don't exchange due to change of mind". I had to FIGHT to get the item exchanged, and even then she gave me attitude. No apology whatsoever! Be careful when shopping here. Keeping in mind there are MANY similar stores that stock the same items in Hurstville. NOT WORTH THE ATTITUDE AND STRESS! SHOP ELSEWHERE!
