As others have said, this company seems to try and avoid providing refunds. We booked the drone show, which was cancelled due to windy conditions. We were so disappointed the show did not go ahead, but there was no way to rebook as we were leaving Uluṟu the following day. We were assured they would refund the money. When we started asking about when we could expect the refund they said it woujj ohs take up to 21 days. Over 6 weeks later and they are now lying and saying they refunded the money, which they absolutely have not! They have then made us send them bank statement to prove they have not. So now they can see our bank details, and the only thing they are saying is it has been forwarded to management. An absolute scam! Buyer beware with this company. We will take our fight through NT Consumer Affairs next, which is just hugely disappointing.

Do not trust this company with a payment over the phone. They 'made a mistake' with my credit card number and charged me twice. I have provided them with screen shots of my bank details but they have done nothing to remedy the situation and reimburse $400. Their Sydney number rings out all the time. Hopeless.

As per many other travellers trying to get any money back from this company is impossible. They fob you off and tell you it’s been refunded when it’s not and you get nowhere with them. Do yourself a favour and book with anyone else except voyagers. They are dishonest & unprofessional.

This is the most incompetent, difficult company to deal with. The company charged my credit card for accomodation that had already been paid for. Therefore I have paid twice. I have spent countless hours trying to get my money refunded, been assured it will be refunded, but no money has been returned. I follow up again and this saga continues. I am beyond frustrated! This ordeal has soured an otherwise enjoyable holiday. Furious!

I don't normally give reviews, but this company has caused me so much stress and frustration. Their online booking system is faulty, so think twice before you give your card details. We have been triple charged of total $2160 two weeks ago, and still not able to get the refund. We have called and emailed but their staff were not competent enough to help. Call centre staff can't proceed any refund as they can't see the payment in their system, and also can't connect us to their accounting team. So they were not able to provide any solution. We'll have to go through fair trading, and hope no one else need to go though the same pain.
