I paid for an end of lease clean with Votex Cleaning Services. They attended my property on the 14/12/2022, did not complete what was quoted in the invoice, namely 6 walls and 14 blinds. They also took my property (step ladder) from my premises and admitted on reply to text messages. After contacting them numerous times without success to complete the job or return my step ladder I contacted Votex head Office to assit with the return of my property and completion of the cleaning service. Votex Cleaning Services advised that they would come on the 14/01/2023 - they did not show up or return, answer or reply to my text messages until I advised them that I would be making a complaint to Fair Trading. Pasan Bethamage from Votext Cleaning Services replied that I am to leave my keys for him or my premises open for him to attend at a date he could. I replied that I cannot leave my house unsecured and unattended for him given the circumstances. I have tried numerous times since to organise a full refund of the service not provided and not completed, and also the return of my step ladder without success. They are basically not answering any calls or assisting with resolving an absolute neglegent and incomplete service. Cannot be trusted without supervision, almost impossible to communicate with after given several opportunities to resolve issue.

Pasan & his team was very quick to respond, friendly and they go out of their way for their clients which I really appreciated. Excellent service provided by the team and would definitely hire again in future.

The owners is a beautiful person a person of principle and ethics, with high standards and guaranteeing quality. The job he finished for me was something I was really surprised to see. The quality and time taken was seen through the quality produced with my carpet being restored to original looks. After the clean was completed the owner contacted me immediately to inform me of the clean. Contacted me the day after if I was happy with the standard of cleaning.
I recommend this service to all, you will not be disappointed by the results this company can.
