We are very happy with our purchase of 4 Natalie Bar stools from Vorsen. They look great in our kitchen and they’re very comfy. We were able to pop in to their showroom when we were driving from Brisbane to Vic just before Xmas. The showroom was just 5 minutes off the freeway which made it very easy. We were pleased with the service and once we returned from holidays and called to say we were home, the stools were delivered to Brisbane the following day. We would be happy to buy from Vorsen again if we need new furniture.

I wandered into Vorsen on a typical Monday afternoon, with no appointment in hand, and was welcomed by Donna, a truly wonderful and patient guide in the world of furniture. She expertly helped me navigate through an array of chairs and stools.

My quest to test out a plethora of seating options culminated in the purchase of 6 chairs and 2 kitchen stools that are not just seats, but statements of style and comfort.

A quick word on phone support – not everyone at Vorsen is as stellar as Donna, but it didn’t overshadow my overall positive experience.

Big kudos to Donna for her exceptional service, friendly demeanor, and making me feel at ease and well-informed. It’s not just about being approachable, but it definitely enhances the experience! Thanks to her, my dining area is on its way to becoming something special. Cheers to Donna!

The service I received from Vorsen was top notch. Shipping was super fast. The chairs I purchased were shipped the next day and was delivered within 3 business days. Given that I live in regional Victoria this is exceptional service. The chairs themselves looked amazing and the quality was great. Would highly recommend Vorsen to anyone whose looking to buy furniture online.

I bought the Paris kitchen stools and I absolutely love them. They looked better than the pictures online and I have had heaps of compliments. Vorsen were great to deal with and any questions I had were answered immediately either by email, chat or phone. Delivery was super fast, I ordered on Thursday and by the following Tuesday my stools were delivered. Even the freight company were pleasant to deal with answering my questions.
This company is legitimate and have beautiful pieces. I can't recommend them enough. Thankyou Vorsen, I will definitely buy from you again.

This is the 2nd time I've bought furniture from Vorsen. I'm super happy with their products and service. I ordered an ottoman stool and it arrived in perfect condition and exactly as I had imagined. I highly recommend Vorsen.

One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever come across. They emailed me to ask me to verify my details by them placing money into my account (after they had already taken my money) for the purchase. After I called them to explain I had moved interstate and I found it dodgy that a company would want to put money into your account to verify you. I then asked for a refund multiple time and they emailed me back today to explain refunds are processed on a Friday (today is Monday). As unprofessional as your get!

I just received my Victoria office chair in charcoal leather. I couldn't be happier with the quality, comfort and ease of assembly. Delivered to my regional location in 2.5 days.
I have just bought 2 more for my kid's desks in their bedrooms. If you are looking for quality buy from Vorsen.

Cannot fault products or team! Ordered 4 Watsons and arrived 2 days later. Staff followed up to confirm our order (which corrected an error we made) and to fix a rogue bolt - were excellent. Nice to see good products, service and delivery combined!

We ordered our Vorsen kitchen stools on Wednesday afternoon and they arrived this morning, less than 2 days from NSW to Vic, fabulous in these times of delivery delays. When we placed our order we immediately received an email to check we knew about the different height of kitchen stools vs bar stools, to ensure we had ordered the correct ones. Then when the stools arrived they were so well packaged in bubble wrap, protected from any possible damage. Finally, on top of all this wonderful service, the stools are beautiful, so comfortable and so stylish. Thanks Vorsen.
