Phone had new battery installed recently. Unfortunately this replacement battery "deformed" after 4 months. James installed a new battery free of charge, even though this was technically outside 3 month warranty period. No subsequent issues.

I got my broken Xiaomi Mi9 phone screen which was completely blank replaced here.
They take really good care of you and are honest and communicative. I found they took a lot of care in repairing my phone and keeping me updated. I got my phone screen replaced here in less than a day, even though they had to order a new screen for my phone. My screen works just like new. The quality of the screen is really good, it's crisp and bright. Good value and great service.
The parts for my screen weren't available on hand, but they checked availability/delivery timelines and ordered ASAP. They let me know when parts were likely to arrive (the next day at the latest).

With all the repair places around these days it can be impossible to know who to trust with your phone.well.worry know more - take your phone to Vones! Of course you'll get great prices and speedy service but it's more than that.you'll be leaving your phone in the hands of someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about every job they do both on the day and beyond. When my phone died I truly thought it was over but I rushed to Vones and not only did he bring my baby back to life but he stayed back long after the shop should have shut just to make sure everything was good to go again. Honestly, you won't find better - just take your phone to Vones!

Outstanding Service

My phone died during the pandemic - an absolute nightmare. James went above and beyond to help me. We couldn't save the phone but he assisted me to get my old one up and running and gave me excellent tips. I was very grateful for his professional support.

I went in to get my cracked screen replaced, it was slightly cheaper than other places, but I wouldn't recommend this place because I've had to go back 3 times and there are still issues with the phone but I'm going elsewhere to get them looked at.

The new screen James put on my phone stopped working after 2 weeks. I had to go back twice more before he replaced it with a working screen. He told me the problem was probably the motherboard and that the phone itself must be broken, but since the second replacement screen was put on, its been working fine, so it's clear that the first screen he used was faulty. He should have replaced it straight away, rather than me having to go back multiple times and him eventually replacing it as a "favour".

He was really rough with the phone and didn't heat up the glue in the back of the phone before opening it, so the back cover is now all chipped. And now there's some plastic blocking the headphone jack from inside the phone, so he mustn't have put it back together properly, but I'm going somewhere else to get it looked at. He's not careful or professional. I've had my phone fixed before and none of these things were an issue.

My phone was in great condition before but now it is chipped and damaged and I'll have to pay somewhere else to replace the back and fix the headphone jack.

He replaced my phone's battery a month ago and it got swollen in couple of weeks. I called him and explained the situation. He was pretty helpful and asked me to bring the phone. Last week he fixed it again for free! Everything is fine so far, thanks!

The lady could hardly get out of her chair and had to speak to her colleague only to tell me that they couldn't even look at my Sony experia phone. So why do they say that they service Sony?

Wow. Above and beyond. James was super responsive fixing our iphone7 with water damage. Free assessment and fixed our screen cover too for free. Was a lot cheaper than the other phone repair shops we went to and quicker as well!

James was absolutely amazing! Great customer service and very responsive. My Xiaomi 9t was completely dead and he fixed it like a dream. Had a minor manufacturers issue with the repair and he immediately ordered a new one to fix that. Also loaned me a phone to use while it shipped. James goes above and beyond for his customers.

Centrally located and easy to get to, we took our Moto G5 plus for a screen replacement for a cracked screen. Phone works like new again! Excellent price, excellent service. Would highly recommend.
