Volvo as a company for they after sale service their after sale service should be commended. As they methodically went through and fixed whatever problem they found and this is all done outside of my new car warranty. I cannot thank them enough for their diligent detail to attention job. Bought my previous Volvo also from Lindfield but this time I got Thomas B who is very patient, attentive and helpful from day 1. A Sales person who is genuine and warm before knowing if it will eventualise into a sale is always worth commending. He is organized in paperwork and got stuff ready before i got there even on his day off which is great! Painless and efficient is what customers love. Picked up the new car today and as expected, handover explanation was detailed and not hurried. Thanks Thomas!
Great customer services. Especially Thomas Amato, he is very thoughtful and sincere ; prompt response in email request in regarding the trunk situation. All problems solved and repaired within one day.
I have been a loyal Volvo customer for nearly 25 years and have been impressed with both the cars and the Volvo support networks. This view has completely changed since I bought a new car from Volvo Lindfield. I have been trying to get faults fixed for nearly a year to no avail. I have escalated my concerns to Volvo cars Australia and they have not succeeded in getting a satisfactory response that Volvo Lindfield adhere to. Volvo Lindfield have made arrangements to pick up my car on numerous occasions but fail to do so, they are very poor at communicating and have not bothered to respond to my last two emails. Despite assurances from Volvo cars Australia I am no further forward. On reflection I regret buying a Volvo car and certainly would not recommend this dealership. If anything Volvo cars Lindfield have over the last twelve months destroyed my faith in the Volvo brand.

Dropped our five year old Kia Rio in to SVM Lindfield after it started playing up - engine light coming on several times and no acceleration at all on two occasions. Great service from Junaid and his professional team, all under warranty. Fast and efficient solutions to the problem. Overall a very easy process. Much appreciated.
Junaid the service advisor is amazing. I first reported a muffler issue back in 2016 and for years after with Kia in Brisbane and they kept telling me nothing was wrong. Junaid investigated the issue and listened to the recording and found it had been an issue with this model with baffling in the muffler. Finally, after over 6 yeas, my muffler was replaced due to the tireless work from Junaid. So very grateful that someone finally listened and took on my frustrations. Would recommend Kia Roseville and especially Junaid.

I’m in the process of filing a complaint against these guys. Flabbergasted how they got these good reviews. Any prospective customers please be careful. Over a two year period I’ve had issue on issue. Some examples: I bought a demo, firstly it wasn’t serviced prior to sale, when I asked about it they just stamped the book without servicing and soon after I had break issues which I had to pay for, twice, before it was rectified. Secondly the car had a slight dent from the demo driving. I said I’ll buy it if it didn’t have the dent, the sales person convinced me to take it offering me a Schmick contract saying theywill fix the dent. I went to Schmick they said “can’t fix it, Volvo should never have offered”. Went back to Volvo and they said ahhh too bad, it’s not in the written contract that the dent will be fixed (although the schmick offer is in the contract) so I now have to pay for that too and have spent hours/days with schmick and Volvo in the process. I like Volvo but I don’t think I’ll buy one again this is money gouging stuff… I’m not sure how to reply to the below response other than editing this original post. Volvo Lindfield: if you can honour your agreements made at sale, you have my contact details. From your emails you clearly said you are not willing to honour it, so it seems a waste of time to call you. Sorry to communicate publicly but we don’t want this to happen again. Trust me it’s not been a great experience at all and hopefully I’m not being unreasonable but it is what it is.
The staff were fantastic so polite knowledgeable and helpful. I love the car it’s my second from Volvo Linfeild.

Excellent service and very friendly front of house at this service centre. The gentleman I spoke to at the front desk who arranges everyone and all the cars was absolutely excellent and I would highly recommend coming here for your car services.
My kia had some problems, I had previously taken it to Parramatta Motor Group in Camellia, voiced my concerns and they 'couldn't find anything wrong' when they couldn't do any diagnostic testing on a Saturday? The car was jerking. I took it to Lindfield for a second opinion and straight away they found the problem, my coil pack and spark plugs. I was told it would be about a 6 week wait for the parts to arrive, being 30 weeks pregnant I took it on the chin. However Junaid Azeem I'm not sure what magic he worked but 2 WEEKS and my parts arrived. He had been nothing but genuine and take my case personally. I felt heard and understood. I can't thank him enough for everything he had done for me!
Just wanted to comment on the exceptional service I received from the Service Centre. I had a rattle/knocking noise coming from the passenger side wheel on my Kia Sportage.
Rang the Service Centre late on Monday afternoon and spoke with Adam who asked to bring it in the following morning. Got there around 10: 30 and with 30 minutes they'd managed to identify and fix the problem.
Truly outstanding service from Adam and the Chief Mechanic Rob and all delivered with a smile.
That's why I'll be sticking with Kia in future.
Accepted while-you-wait service; after 3 hours nothing started; they wanted another 4 hours. No management of process or staff. AVOID. Or suffer. (Had problems from Suttons Group elsewhere eg 3 weeks delay to reset computer on 3 day old Isuzu).

I had a great experience buying my 2year old Volvo from Con at Lindfield Volvo. The service I received was every bit as good as the service I received when purchasing a new Volvo previously. Seamless process and left feeling very satisfied.
