Suraj, Jodie and Katrina were so great to deal with. They are so knowledgeable and helpful with all phone and plan information. Great customer service and would give more stars if I could. Highly recommended

I had an issue with Vodafone, I ported my number to Telstra, my Vodafone account was in credit. I had many issues with them on line to get my money back. I ended up going to warriewood Vodafone, lovely lady named Jordie fixed the issue. Many thanks.

Service I received was appalling, seems like the manager hired knowitalls forcing you to purchase speakers and other unnecessary gadgets. There was a particular employee named Avon which I’m sure made fake accounts to leave reviews speaking positive of himself that was an expert at persuading customers to purchase speakers apart of plans

The staff here were very helpful! They helped me out with all my questions and they seemed to wanna help! Very highly recommend (however they could do with a few more staff. I waited for half hour to ask a question but had to go because they were too busy.)

Just wanted to compliment joe on his amazing customer service skills and helping me out with my phone of 3 years that suddenly stopped working, he gave me a solid deal on the trade in which allowed me to upgrade with out any hassle to a brand new one.

Amazing service from Joe & Jaden. Both went above and beyond this past Monday and today to set up my new account and adjust my mother’s account. Jaden spent almost 2 hours today creating my new plan, with awesome accessories and then setting up and transferring all old info to the new phone. Could not fault their service, knowledge or abilities 10/10. Thanks guys

Last week I got a new phone and went to Apple to help me set this up a waste of a trip. I then went to my local Vodafone store at Warriewood Square and the staff there were so helpful. A big special thanks to Joe who set my phone up and retrieved my Frozen tickets. My granddaughter and I appreciated it. I have been to this store on a few occasions and have always found staff to go above their role.

As usual they were as helpful as they could be.
