I collected my new iPhone 15 ProMax at this shop in Revesby and a Nepalese good looking and very accomodating fellow helped me. He even set up the phone and changed the screen protector. His level of customer service is par excellence. He is a gem to this shop in Revesby.

Served by the Guy Ali. Spend heaps of time with me and sorted out my home internet, my husband phone charging issues for free and educated us with the current network issues at Panania

Stuck in a hard situation cause of vodaphone, but Richie was wonderful and helped me through my options.

After wasting hours online and giving up, came to this store and met Ali. Ali has been very helpful throughout. The skills and knowledge he has for the phone are absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend the store.

Came in with my partner to get two new Small Sim card plans this evening. Richie was excellent in that he stayed an extra 20 minutes past closing time (6pm) to help us. Really great shopping experience with excellent customer care - would highly recommend. Thanks again Richie!

It's been 5 months and I'm still getting bills from Vodafone's debt collector. These people signed me up on a plan that didn't give me any reception in my workplace. I cancelled the plan within a week and ported the number to Telstra. Since that time the bills kept accruing for a service that wasn't connected. The people in this shop did nothing but give me the phone number of vodafone, and said that was all they can do. Appalling way to run a business.

Such great customer service, Ali always goes above & beyond!
Every time I have been in he has taken the time to talk through various options & price points to help me make the right decision for my budget.
I highly recommend going in for a chat & see if they can help save you money on services you are already paying for as well as any other phone needs you may have.

I found out Black friday purchase wasn't discounted when i recieved the bill as they advised me. I'm told that phone will be delivered in few days, almost took a month. They didnt even call me when phone arrived. Not a good experience.
