Vodafone Partner - Tweed Heads

The young girl here is so helpful and patient. I went to their other store the other day and they weren't helpful at all. Save your time by coming here instead of the Tweed City store

Driving down to this store is always worth it. Traded my old phone got my new one in a total of 30 mins. Totally recommended

I am in hospital so I sent my wife to get data transferred from my old phone to new one. The girl there was more than willing to help with the transfer. It's never a failed visit to Tweed Mall Vodafone!

Hands down best customer service I've seen from any telecommunications company. My salesperson "Jacob " went over and above to set up my partners phone and plan. Thank you.

Jacob helped me to get the best deal on a A7 tablet which I am grateful for.
It's an awesome tablet.
He willing transferred all my information from my phone.
He went above and beyond to make sure my interaction with him was professional and consistent.

The guy in this store really knows his craft, Alon was so calm and collected and was able to manage three sets of customers, all with quite complex problems at the same time. If I was looking for someone to manage my company "Alon" would be my first thought. Thanks again for your help and support.

The guys at Vodafone Tweed Mall are legends, especially Jacob and Alon. Not only did Vodafone have the best deal, the staff are knowledgeable and patient, answering all questions with a smile. The whole process was enjoyable and relaxing, I can’t recommend them enough! Jacob is the best and most knowledgeable person, I learnt more from him in a few minutes than I did from the last TED talk I watched.
